My partner and I had an extremely negative experience due to his unprofessional, disrespectful, and confrontational behavior. When I initially interacted with Gary, he spoke to me respectfully. However, as soon as my partner began asking questions and attempting to explain her concerns, his entire attitude changed. He repeatedly interrupted her, spoke over her, and refused to let her finish speaking. His tone became hostile and dismissive. At one point, my partner said, "I'm not done speaking. Please let me finish." Instead of allowing her to speak, Gary responded with words to the effect of, "Well, I'm speaking first," and continued interrupting her. Throughout the interaction, he shrugged his shoulders, displayed obvious attitude, and acted in a way that was intimidating and disrespectful. The stark difference between how he treated me and how he treated my female partner was disturbing. While I cannot know his intentions, the contrast in his behavior left us feeling that she was being treated differently because she is a woman. Because of his behavior, we requested a supervisor. Unfortunately, even after the supervisor arrived, Gary continued displaying the same disrespectful attitude in front of management without being corrected. This gave us the impression that his conduct was tolerated rather than addressed. No customer should be treated this way. We left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and disappointed by both Gary's behavior and the lack of intervention by management. I respectfully request that Maverick conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the supervisor who witnessed the interaction and reviewing any available security footage. I also ask that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure other customers do not experience similar treatment. Thank you for taking this complaint seriously. I look forward to hearing what steps will be taken in response.

Today it's a ran down 76 with a rude female cashier. I pulled in before 9am and it wasn't too busy. I was looking for a bite to eat, some gas and to use the lavatory. I noticed the petrol prices weren't cheap, typical of a 76 and Bidenomics but I needed to fill up so damnit, $5.19 for medium grade is what I was paying. I put $50 in. I decided $50 was an even number so I stopped. Having never been there but seeing the pics I expected a huge, stacked store. It was huge, smelled like fried tater skins, wasn't too stacked with anything other than the regs and the bathroom door was locked with a sign next to it that read something like, "...ask cashier for key" So I mosey'd my way back to the girl and politely said, "I just got gas, would it be ok to get the key for restroom?" She stopped moving, looked at me sideways and accusingly asked, "you got gas?" Her eyes almost crossed. "Yea, $50. Look it up," I told her as I motioned with my head to the gas pump that my car was sitting at. I bit my tongue and held back what I wanted to say. "Hmph" she replied then motioned with her pumpkin head towards the key sitting in a bucket on the counter. That's what everyone wants next to their snacks, a sh*t contaminated stick with a dangly key attached. I used the bathroom, it was disgusting. I washed my hands, used the lame excuse for a hand dryer then left the light on as I exited (sign inside asked to turn it off but it was already on and I wasn't touching anything else). After exiting the bathroom, I Looked around the dump and decided I didn't need anything from there to munch on, I'd probably get mud butt. I won't be going back there unless I get a yearning for 80s cafeteria vibes. Well, at least in the 80s there was a cashier lady who smoked cigarettes as she wiped counters and did it with a yellow smile. The good old days
