Both my spouse and my son needed to be seen and we were very impressed with the nurse and Dr Kendall. I'm in the healthcare field and I know the issues that most Urgent Cares face with providing quality care, but I was very impressed. The doctor was thorough and ran all the tests he felt were necessary to give a comprehensive diagnosis. We were self-pay and they were transparent upfront with any test that they were performing and asked for consent. The pricing was very reasonable for what the tests were. The doctor even reviewed the X-rays with us. The building doesn't look like much, but I'd rather have a competent doctor than a fancy Urgent Care. I feel like the care we received here went well beyond what a typical "urgent care" provides and we were grateful for the care we received. read more

We came to this urgent care location after my boyfriend decided he needed some antibiotics because he wasn't feeling well. We walked in and were greeted by a lady that charged him $40 to see the doctor. We then were placed in a room and waited for the nurse for about 25 mins. After she took his BP, fever and checked his ears she told us he would be in shortly. An hour later the doctor walks in. He checks his ears, listens to his lungs, looks at his throat and decides to check him for strep. The strep test comes back 10 mins later and negative and sends the nurse in with an antibiotic for his throat. Three stars because he was able to give him something to feel better. Love Dr Kendall. He is very thorough. If you need an X-ray, he has his own equipment there. Sometimes you wait, but it is walk-in. He explains to you and takes the time with every patient. Very good with kids. Another great point.. open 12-7 late hrs and WEEKENDS. read more

I have never been treated as poorly as I was when I had to go to Fastrack for an employment exam. I got there at 12:00 pm and never saw the so'called doctor until 1:30. The nurses were fantastic. I had a drug test which took 5 minutes, and the vitals - took 5 minutes. The rest of the time I just sat there and I was the first one there. The so-called dr. spent his entire time with 1 patient and then I took a picture of him sitting at his desk on the computer. He knew the patient and spent over 1 hour with this patient. I have pictures from my phone of them sitting together. He came up with every excuse imaginable and he NEVER came to see me (after I complained) until 1:30 for 5 minutes!!! ZERO Stars...we went to FASTrack Urgent Care at 135 W. Perry St to get my daughter's leg stitched up on a Saturday evening. After waiting too long (there was little caring and no urgency on the part of the people at FASTrack) thankfully we left and went around the corner to Magruder Hospital Urgent care and had a wonderful experience. Magruder Urgent Care at 615 Fulton (419)-732-4017 is brand new, clean, very professional. The people at Magruder, Molly and Dr. Bob, and one other lady who helped us could not have been more pleasant and professional. If I had it to do over again we would go to Magruder and avoid FASTrack. read more

I went in to get a cyst removed or drained, waited over two hours for a doctor, who did nothing helpful at all; left no better off than I was when I went in. Received a bill for the $40 they couldn't get from my insurance four months later. read more

I thought I had a UTI and I don't have a primary care physician right now, mine left the area. I went to this urgent care and had the best experience. I was checked in by a very pleasant young man and the nurse put me into a room within 10 minutes. She was also very nice. After checking me over and everything you need to do with a suspected UTI, I was talking to the nurse practitioner in ten minutes who confirmed the UTI, discussed the meds, and I was on my way. She was funny, reassuring, and gave me very practical advise. I love these experienced nurse practitioners, they have seen everything and they give wonderful medical care. The place was spotless, including the restrooms. I would go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. read more
