Normally I park in the airport long-term parking. This time I decided to check out Fast Park. Although it's not covered, we weren't expecting any major weather issues, so that wasn't a concern. It turned out to be a good choice. It's cheaper and quicker. That might not sound obvious, but they pick you up at your car and drop you off right at your airline door. (The walk from the long-term parking can be long and sometimes confusing.) Definitely something I would try again. read more

When WallyPark closed, we needed to find a new parking spot and it just so happened that my husband's company had a corporate rate with FastPark & Relax and it's been a pretty seamless transition. The rates beat most other lots in the area and they have a rewards program so you can earn free days over time. While FP&R does not have the same amenities that Wally did (free bottled water, valet, covered parking), the lot is very close to the airport and we typically do not have to wait long for a shuttle to come either to the airport or to where we have parked. The shuttles can be a bit rickety--some of them squeak and rattle so much I keep expecting a window to just come detached as we make the turn onto Howell Avenue, but it hasn't happened yet! Outside of that, the only complaint is that the drivers can be a mixed bag. Many are helpful and friendly and others seem to be just as likely to chuck you out the door as your bag. read more

I am a fan of services that offer added amenities for loyalty. If you sign up for a FastPark & Relax rewards card you will earn free parking certificates. I signed up years ago and now that I am traveling more this year I will earn more certificates. This visit I parked for 4 nights and was able to have two days covered. I like parking here as the lot is secure and the shuttle ride to the gets you to the airport in no time. I have never had to wait either for the shuttle, it's like they know when to swing by and get me to the airport. Getting back to the lot after your return flight is seamless too, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. read more

Probably travel once a quarter for work or pleasure and always park at Fast Park. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I would like a paper. When I park my car someone usually meets me at my trunk to assist me with my bags. The ride is quick with an occasional group discussion and ends with assistance taking my bag off the bus. Upon my return it is very rare that I've waited longer than 10 mins for a shuttle. On one occasion my ticket was difficult to tell which spot I was parked in. The driver went down several aisles without question until we found my car. Another time it was raining and again the driver helped me get my bags in the trunk and me quickly in my car. I also think the offer for a cold bottled water is a nice touch when exiting. Not to mention the fact that I earn points for free parking. If you are parking at the airport you definitely need to consider making the switch to Fast Park. Door to door service at a cheaper price is the only way I travel! read more

Parked here on an extended trip and were extremely satisfied. Did the free member thing via the website before we left, and the QR code had trouble both on entry & exit (wah wah, QR codes...). But service was super helpful and friendly both times. The shuttle service is good 'n' fast- wait outside Area 5 for pickup and hand them your green parking ticket w/your exact spot, easy peasy. Exactly as advertised. I found this business as I was driving across the state to get to MKE, signed up quickly and easily for their program, got a QR code and was totally set up. I'm not adept at the QR thing, but the attendant at the entrance was patient and directed me to a row to park. Once parked, I wasn't quite sure what to do, so I started walking up the row. Turns out, if I had been a bit more patient, the shuttle would have picked me up right by the car. The driver provided a card with my parking spot info and directions for what to do on return. In less than 10 minutes, I was in the terminal. On return, I walked out of the terminal, got on the waiting shuttle and was back at my car in about 10 minutes. Easy peasy. I think the cost was less than the long term parking at MKE but wouldn't swear to it ($63 for Sat-Fri). On the whole, it's a keeper. Will definitely be using them again. read more

Great experience. We returned from a vacation only to discover my car battery had died while we were gone. FastPark's mechanic, Deonte, helped us try to jump start the car. After that didn't work, he drove me to Autozone to purchase a new battery and also installed it for us. His service was an amazing help, especially after a tiring day of travel. read more

Pretty sure the person at the gate communicates with the driver to let them know new passengers have arrived. If you're flying out of Milwaukee and you need a safe place to park your car, this is where you want to go. I was going to Dallas to meet my wife. She's a pro at making reservations, she could do it by phone or computer. I arrived 90 minutes before my flight, pulled into Fast Park; and was on a shuttle within minutes. The driver was a real character. We had a nice conversation on the way to the airport. He dropped me off at my airline. Wished me a wonderful flight. I tipped him 3 gold colored dollars. He thanked me like they were Krugerrands. Great guy! When we came back to Milwaukee, the shuttle was waiting outside the entrance. Took us right to our car. Five minutes...tops. They do not wait for a full shuttle bus, we got on board, door closed and off we went They have a rewards program, so you can build up points when you use their shuttle service. We had left our car there for five days. The fee was a bit over $40. But wait, they looked up our point accumulation and voila, the bill dropped to a few cents over 14 bucks. The gal in the service booth, as we left, was very friendly and helpful. Nice, friendly drivers, great service and shuttles that run until midnight. It's safe and secure. They will help you with your luggage. You don't even have to touch it until you are walking into the terminal. What more could you want? If you go to Mitchell Field, you should check this place out. We will use them every time we fly out of Milwaukee from now on. read more

Shuttle service was great. The parking stalls are very narrow. I have a new mid size SUV and after returning from my vacation a vehicle was parked less than 18 inches from my SUV. There was no way the driver could get out of their car without hitting my vehicle. I immediately noticed that there was a dent in the car door. I observed that many vehicles were parked very close together because of the narrow parking stall. read more

Who knew airport parking could be this efficient and fast? Before we even pulled the bags out of our car the shuttle was right there waiting for us. They pulled our bags in, we took a seat in the clean shuttle, and before we were off to the airport we were offered a newspaper. On our return, we waited maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle. Again, they pulled our bags in, we took a seat, and before we knew it we were back to our car. With a free water on the way out, they cemented us as return customers. What's not to love? Fenced in lot, staffed 24/7, complimentary water and newspaper, emergency car services, oh, and one last thing! They even have a rewards program for free parking. The only negative I have is that there is no covered parking, which would be nice to keep the snow off the car or the hot hot sun. read more

I like other yelpers, also hesitate to write this, because the price has already gone up 68 cents a day since I first used this service. But I digress... The attendant tells u where to park join entry.a shuttle picks u up at ur car, gives u a card with ur parking spot on it (save it and give it to the shuttle driver when u come back to pick up ur car), and whisks u away to the drop off area for ur airline. It's as fast if not faster than the parking garage and over 50% cheaper. They give u a paper comin in and a bottle of water upon exiting. The lots surrounded by barbed wire so no worries about broken car windows. I've almost never had to wait longer than a minute for the shuttle . I went to Vegas a few weeks ago. Usually, I just park at the airport structure, but I met someone who works at FastPark while I was at a business networking event. I decided to give them a try. As I arrived at the gate, I was offered a free Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Then I lucked out and found a parking spot near the gate. A shuttle was at my car within a minute to pick me up and grab my bags. On the way back, there was a shuttle waiting at the airport. When passengers are picked up, the driver radios for another shuttle, so passengers are not waiting long for the next shuttle. They dropped me off at my car, not at a "drop off point." All this for just $7 per day. I definitely plan to use this company when I travel in the future! read more

The peace of mind to know my long-term parking is within a monitored fenced lot cannot be measured. I've parked my vehicle at Fast Park in Milwaukee dozens of times over the years. This year, a serious issue has developed with seagulls pooping on vehicles. Not just one here or there, but when I first had the issue, more than a dozen droppings all over my truck. When I alerted the girl working checkout, she acknowledged they had an issue, claimed it wasn't their fault, but that of a building owner next to them who didn't deal with a nesting issue and offered me nothing as a dissatisfied customer. Two car washes later, most of the poop was off my truck. Only after I contacted corporate did someone from Milwaukee respond, APOLOGIZE and offer any resolution. They indicated they had free car washes passes at checkout, but didn't know why none were offered to me. They then sent me three free days of parking. So I used the three "free" day passes they provided after my last visit (it still cost me $2). When I returned from my next trip I found bird poop all over the back of my truck again. When I pulled up to pay, I told the attendant that the last time I was here I had an issue with birds pooping all over my truck and it happened again. She responded by saying they used to have problems but didn't have problems with that anymore. She clearly was not paying attention to me because I had to repeat to her that I was informing her that the problem still exists and there was bird poop all over the back of my truck to prove it. When I asked her if she had any gift certificates for carwashes which I was told were being made available to customers in the past she responded that she did not and suggested I go to the office and talk to someone there. She also did not offer me a complimentary bottle of water or newspaper which has always happened in the past. I felt like I had interrupted someone who was busy looking at something on their phone rather than someone who was supposed to be working and providing good customer service. When a customer returns and has the same bad experience they had before I would think someone would want to be more proactive in resolving their situation. That could include asking for their contact information so a manager can follow up with them or asking me to wait while she called the manager to come talk to me right away. Neither happened and there is clearly no prior instruction from management on how to resolve customer service issues. I reach out to corporate again. They apologize again and then an assistant manager from the Milwaukee location clumsily calls me and leaves a message saying who he is and if I have any questions I can call him. No thanks. There are other airport parking options that take their business and their customers seriously. read more

NEVER AGAIN. Beware! We had used fast park several times before and even became "members" so parking would be easier. We made a reservation over spring break and parked our car for 1 week while we were gone. When my husband went to go get our car while the rest of us waited for delayed luggage, he arrived and found a huge crack in the windshield! He stopped at the kiosk and told the girl working that someone or something cracked our windshield while we were gone. She gave us the manager's name (Misty) since it was a Saturday night- she told us to us to call on Monday and she would take care of it for us. My husband called Misty on Monday and explained what happened- and Misty's response was basically "too bad." She said when you park there you park at your own risk they are not responsible for what happens to your car. GOOD TO KNOW BEFOREHAND. So- now we have arrived home from vacation to hundreds of dollars in damage to our car, and a company that doesn't really care and won't take responsibility for what happened on their property. We will never park there again and neither should you if you worry about unexplained damage to your car. read more

I used to always park in the structure when I flew out because I felt it was easier and the most convenient. I couldn't be more wrong. Using FastPark is by far the easiest and least expensive parking option for me. They also have a rewards program where you can qualify for free parking days. Once upon a time a frequent traveler remembered that paying $13 or $20 a day to park wasn't too bad, because you could park in a structure connected to the actual airport, so he drove first into Level 2 (the sign DID say 243 spots available). After driving around for 10 minutes and not finding a spot, he then drove up to the next level, where he once again drove around forever to find a spot. He finally found a spot on the next level up after being in the ramp for nearly 25 minutes. He flew off and returned a few days later, only to not remember where he parked as his memory was flush with visions of row after row after row of cars in a parking structure. On his next trip, he went back to his trusted friend, Milwaukee Fast Park and Relax. When he pulled in and presented his frequent parking card, THEY GAVE HIM A NEWSPAPER! Can you believe it? They told him to go park in row F. He did. He found a spot. He got out of the car and by the time he removed his luggage from the back of his car, a nice, warm shuttle bus was waiting with a friendly driver ready to help with the bags. Mr. Friendly Driver gave him his own personalized green card with the exact spot he had parked in. The shuttle dropped him right at the door, where he walked a few feet to the terminal. Nice. Fast forward. The frequent traveler returns to the airport. He walks to the arrivals area and walks out to the waiting shuttle and hops on. 2 minutes later he is at his car. How did he get there so fast? He gave him the Friendly Driver his green card of course. When the Frequent Traveler was leaving the lot, he smiled while he drank the free bottle of water he grabbed his car window on his way out. Why did he smile? It was a very rainy Monday night(9/19/16), I had just flew in at 12 midnight. I catch the shuttle to the back of my car where the driver helps me all the way to my bumper in the pouring rain. I then see my car has very low air pressure with one of the tires and too low to drive any distance. I travel just through the gate and pay my bill and then ask the gate attendant about an air compressor. He waves me over to their garage where he walks over and proceeds to add air to my very low tire. I try to give him a $5 dollar tip for his help, and he says, "nope, I'm good". So I tell him to give it to the shuttle driver who helped with my luggage. The driver had departed in the rain before I could give hime a tip. He inquires on the details of the specific driver for getting the money to him. I head home very satisfied with my whole soaked experience. This is a great facility and the service and people have been excellent and go out of their way to help when needed. I have used this fast park Milwaukee lot for the last three years and have zero complaints. (I wish I had the names of those who supported me this rainy night.) Keep up the good work. read more

Yep, Fast Park is awesome -- seriously awesome. Directly across the street from General Mitchell, the ease and stress-free experience is a huge plus if you're flying out of Milwaukee. By the time my luggage is out of my car, there's the Fast Park shuttle waiting to pick me up (I've never waited longer than a minute!), green business card in the driver's hand so I know where I'm at upon return. Quick ride to the departures line -- and boom, you're off! Returning is just as easy -- even at off peak hours. Recently, I caught a flight from Seattle that arrived in Milwaukee at 12:45am. I called the number on the card and within 2 minutes, I'm safely on board the shuttle and on the way back to my car! On my last trip, I was surprised to receive a FREE bottle of water and newspaper -- that might not be the highlight of everyone's experience, but it was a nice touch. Fast Park beats the snot out of parking onsite in the parking garage and costs about 75% less, too. I'm a fan and won't park anywhere else when flying out of the MKE. read more

Fast Park and Relax (FP&R) is the best parking around for the MKE airport. Not only are they extremely fast to pick you up once you park (the shuttle is almost always immediately behind my car waiting for me as soon as I park), but FP&R has the best price too AND a rewards program that allows you to accumulate points which translate into FREE parking days. The lot is safe and I feel very comfortable leaving my car here. When you leave the lot, FP&R gives you bottled water too. Alyssa saved our trip! My young daughter and I got to our van just before 1 AM to find it had a dead battery. Alyssa quickly grabbed the cables and jumped us and we were on our way in minutes. I have been using this facility for the past 20 some years whenever I fly out of Milwaukee's Mitchell Field. They have gone through a variety of owners and names and are now called Milwaukee Fast Park. I am a big fan of this parking lot because of it's close location to the airport and low prices - $5 a day. They have shuttles which pick you up and drop off at the airport, shuttle drivers are reasonable. Unlike previous owners of this facility, they have a rewards program - you will get a card which you use to check in and out and which will help in billing and in reward tracking. But the coolest thing in the summer is that they have free bottles of chilled water when you check out. read more

Easiest way to park at the airport! The jist: you park, the shuttle picks you up AT YOUR CAR, you're on your way to your gate. The price was recently increased to about $7/day, but it is definitely worth the extra dollar versus the super saver airport parking that you have to wait for. OK OK OK no five star for me because ONE TIME my bag went flying out the shuttle door because the new driver was going too fast and opened the door at the same time. Wah wahh. Stop driving in circles looking for spaces at the airport structure. There is no faster way to park your car and get out of town. The price keeps creeping up, but I'm hooked. On your way in they tell you where to park and offer up a newspaper. On checkout you walk away with a cold bottle of water. Service is always fast and the drivers are courteous. read more

The S.U. and I have parked here several times for several days at a time. The shuttle is always there to take us to the airport before we're even ready to go and the return shuttles are always quick on the return. We always appreciate the free bottle of water they give us on the way out to he re-hydrate after hours in dry airplanes. Def a fan! read more
