Pay $200 to go to a doctor to get seen about an issue with muscle pain or a rotator cuff issue and was told to take Tylenol was in and out within 30 minutes and was told to return back to work with restrictions of lifting up to 20 pounds only but would not put on the doctors note that I have restrictions. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. NCBCBS, The BBB, and Jim Moffett need to be made aware of how poorly run the facility at 391 George W Liked Pkwy NE Concord, NC 28027 is. I was sent here for a DOT Physical and waited over 3 hours. I returned later that evening and waited another hour only to be denied until a CSAC could verify it was safe for me to drive?! I've NEVER failed a test, been arrested, or had ANY drug or alcohol offenses in my life! Information was researched from chart claiming I was "no longer using CBD" which gave said provider cause to investigate that I wasn't using drugs? This is a GROSS ABUSE OF POWER. It's an overreach to the fullest extent. I've never been denied or had to have this done except for one PA assistant Leena Koshy who at this point clearly has a vendetta against me. I have provided the note from my doctor who, himself thinks this is atrocious and they still haven't passed me because the provider is "in with a patient" since 8:15am this morning, it is currently 5:25pm. If you're needing a DOT Physical avoid this place at all costs. The doctor will make you jump through as many hoops as she can in order for you to pass. I had went to the doctor for an EKG awhile back because of irregular heart beat due to excessive exercise but all the tests came back normal. Even with the normal test results and access to all my information she still wanted me to get signed documentation from the doctor. Why do you need signed documentation when the results are right there in front of you? Needless to say I need to pass my DOT Physical to make a living and feed my family and to deal with a doctor that seems to show no consideration whatsoever towards that is the last thing me or anybody else needs. Oh and by the way she wore a "Surgical" mask for a routine physical, so that should show you the intelligence/mindset this woman had. read more

Echo what other reviewers have said about timing. Came 15 minutes early, but still had to wait an hour-and-a-half to be seen. Hard to see the point of having an appointment. But the staff were friendly and helpful, so disagree with other reviewers about that part. This hellhole deserves a zero rating. The staff here, particularly reception(terrible attitude & service) are horrendously incompetent. Refused to properly process insurance which covers this facility, & forced self pay with much verbal & nonverbal aggression. The so-called "health care" is a combination of incredibly subpar to nonexistent, depending on your condition. I wouldn't send an animal to this poor excuse for a medical establishment. They care more about their money & papers, than they do all the suffering human beings seeking medical services. There aren't even enough chairs. I had to stand whilst ill, holding my bag & heavy water bottle in my carpal tunnel syndrome hands(wasn't there to be seen for those), for hours, despite having made an appointment the day before! Due to being exposed to all the coughing people closely jammed together on one small side of the receiving area, I am now far more ill than I was when I went for medical assistance. There was zero opportunity for practice of social distancing in the miniscule, overcrowded seating area. I'll be contacting all the appropriate authorities and making thorough reports on my experiences & observations at this human chop shop money grabbing hut of ignorant jerks who obviously have no genuine interest nor dedication to helping human beings in need. Total lack of customer service. I am not sure if the staff are trained in this aspect. They are also quite slow at getting things done. There were only about 10 patients, most were getting drug tests, but the wait is an hour and a half. They may be at a total lack of training at this location. It is sad to see so many bad reviews. This place is completely unprofessional. The people checking you in are not taking back patients in the correct order or processing paperwork correctly. They make you come back up and process paperwork after you have checked in. This led to multiple people getting called back before me. I was a walk-in, I showed up at 2pm on a Monday 10/30/2017. I had to wait 3.5 hours to be seen while I suffered in the waiting room. They had only one doctor working there from another clinic. The waiting time was unbelievable. Staff was flustered and unsympathetic rushing me through. Doctor seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Once the doctor finally came in she rushed me out of there, was sympathetic and basically said oh well it has to heal on its own. I should have checked the reviews before visiting, the check in process is dumb. First you create a Mychart account provide all of you information, meds, insurance, etc. Then when you check in you fill out a sign sheet then you do another echeck in with a tablet. Then you wait. Waiting is not a huge problem if you are a walk in but if you have an appointment then you should be given priority. This place sucks read more

I went to this location for an employment drug screening. While I was waiting on my test I was sitting close enough to check in to hear several other people check in for employment drug screenings as well. While 7 or 8 of us were waiting on our screenings a man came in obviously very sick, coughing nonstop and asked for a Covid test. They had him wait in the same area as all of us healthy people coughing nonstop for an hour. If I didn't need this test for my job I would have left immediately. I was tested twice for Covid at other Urgent care centers and at both places I waited in my car to be tested for the safety of other patients. I was shocked that this health care facility showed a complete disregard for the health and safety of their patient's by having all of us healthy people in the waiting room with this extremely sick possibly covid positive man. They were condescending and belittled patients, on the phone and in person, and talked badly about coworkers and the company, loudly, in front of a waiting room full of patients. They also failed to sanitize anything being touched and reused, including clipboards, iPads, chairs, handles, etc. and only enforced mask rules with certain people. This is one of the worst places that I have been to! Whatever you do don't come here. I came here and was first told that it would be a 45 min wait, I waited 2 hours before I was seen. I went to the one in Concord NC and then I get a bill from them stating that my insurance is out of network with them, they billed it under a Clayton GA fastmed, I have been trying to get a hold of someone in their billing dept and have been on hold several times for over 10 mins each time and then I have to leave a message, I did leave a message once before but of course no call back. Now they are still trying to charge be for being out of network even though this is their error, the are even listed on my insurance website as being in network! And trying to charge me what it would have cost me to go the the ER. They defiantly don't know how to take care of their patients!! read more
