You cannot take one in with you. All you need is your phone or iPad to see where to find the location of your "PRIZES" that you have bid on & won. If it's electronic I highly recommend you take it out of the box & be sure that it works. For instance I did win a coffee pot but it would only grind the beans could not get it out of that mode. i could not get it to brew a cup of coffee. So what you see is what you get....who knew! On the other hand, I have won carpet for my deck, sheets for my bed, a mirror to hang on the wall etc. Have fun looking through the items & be sure to be kind to the people at the front door. They work through the cold, wind, rain & very very hot days. Walk your carts back to the front door for others to use. Oh & sometimes you bid on things no one else has a need for & you get it for some chump change. Have fun with it & PEACE OUT!

If I could give a zero I would. I have been using this location for five years. I just purchased a…read morepair of advertised apple AirPods. They would not pair at the warehouse. I requested a refund and Cody the manager said that they were verified working. They simply light up green when you open the case. He further said that I could go trade them in at the Apple Store. Per his advice, I took them to an Apple technician who explained to me that they are fake. See image below. Do not ever buy any Apple products or anything that says verified. This is false advertisement. Further, I reached out to corporate per Cody's advice and was told that they do not override a warehouse is decision. What's the point of having corporate if they have no authority to offer assistance with customer service issues?

There seems to be some shady activity at this location. Not one time but twice- we won an auction…read morefor a great price then arrived only to be told that item could not be found. Two weeks later, the same product with same auction number was listed again - lost again. What I question is that this was a great deal with same photos etc as first time and time was added to auction before it ended. Then was in same location as first was supposed to be but it wasn't. Can't prove it but my gut tells me that the hold back product even they don't get price they wanted. We will see if it shows up on their site for a third time! Not to mention this place is a dump and doesn't feel very safe.
