From the first communication, Angela made sure to ask how quickly we needed to be able to leave the home (we weren't in a hurry), consistently communicated with us about timing and staff heading our way as well as gave us updates when they needed to adjust our timing based on more urgent needs (first responders, medical emergencies), gave us an accurate estimate, and kept in contact with us throughout the process as well as after. Fred snaked a camera down the sewer and found the source of our problems: a huge mass of roots at one juncture under the driveway. Along the way, he discovered tree roots invading at every joint in the pipes. We got to see it, as well. A little signal was sent out from his device, so that, once standing on the (gravel) driveway, he could mark the spot where they needed to dig. Fred and his team came back when they said they would, to the minute. There was hardly any inconvenience because they finished so quickly. The property was in the same shape or better when they left.
