I've now used DiRito Roofing for two different roofs this past year…read more These guys are truly professionals in that they get the job done well, to my liking and my neighbors are also impressed with the appearance. While doing the new roof, they encountered a very old and rusty swamp cooler. In removing the cooler, they saw lots of rust and deterioration in the interior duct work. have never had a contractor work with my insurance company as well as this one. My insurance was reluctant to pay for additional work but they took photos and explained everything and submitted the necessary paperwork and my claim was accepted! Friendly and professional! That's what I wanted and that's what I got. I would definitely use them again if I ever need to. Laura Welch

Skyline re-roofed our house in 2007. The roof is supposed to last 30 years. It came to my attention…read morethat granules are being dislodged from the shingles and fiberglass is exposed. Then, a leak developed. I called Sklyine to come look at it, and the guy immediately noticed that there was inadequate ventilation. He said the leak was caused by poorly installed flashing. They gave me a bid of $950 to install ventilation. I asked why they would charge me, when they were the ones who installed a roof with inadequate ventilation. They said they reinstalled it as they found it, and their warranty is only two years. I suppose there has to be a limit to the duration of a warranty. The initial experience was good, it just took 11 years to reveal their incompetence.

He met with my insurance adjuster when he the adjuster came out. Once the estimate was approved, Dave reached out to provide the material drop off date as well as the replacement date. There wasn't one issue for this entire process. We would absolutely recommend Dave H and Rize Roofing to anyone needing roofing repairs!

We called cornerstone after finding damage to our roof from hail the previous year. Ryan came out…read moreand was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of contacting our home owners insurance and in November our roof was replaced. The install went well but there were quite a few nails missed that ended up in our driveway and one got a tire on my trailer. Everything was fine as the tire shop fixed the tire and we got all the nails up with a magnet. My only complaint was Ryan left the company and no one notified us so we had no way to contact them when a piece of the roof cap blew off in the wind. Luckily I eventually was able to get ahold of them and they came out fairly quickly and fixed the issue. I would recommend them even though we had a few bumps in the road as I believe the business owner may have had a loss in the family and they did eventually make everything right.

As I was in the process of selling the house, and trying to orchestrate all these things from Denver, a friend recommended Reynolds Roofing Systems. I worked with Jim from beginning to end. What I appreciated most about this process was that I had an evaluation and a very reasonable bid within a day of my initial call. The customer service was excellent as Jim worked around my visits from Denver to explain the roofing and insurance process, and also provided me with replacement shingle recommendations. Communication was timely and the entire roof was replaced within a reasonable time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jeff and his team…read morewere pleasant to deal with, and seemed to honestly want to work hard, especially given pushback from insurance. However - their progress was slow, above and beyond the insurance issues. I would have to poke and prod them to follow up. Even then, I stuck with them, even if it took until June 2026 for them to actually schedule the work on the roof. They took the downpayment for supplies and then.... NOTHING. After a few weeks, with NO call, text or email, a team delivered the materials but despite 6 separate contact attempts (two texts, two emails, two phone calls) I heard nothing for over a month. I'm now stuck with repairs delayed by six months, rainy weather, having to find a NEW roofer who will have to redo the arguments with insurance, and having to require my funds and get their materials off my property. Honestly, I'm expecting I'll need a lawyer before long. I'm giving them two stars despite my frustrations because I suspect they've had something or someone collapse internally. So, as I said in my last contact attempt, they have my sympathy, but NOT my understanding.
