They are billing me after one year and did not replace my gutters nor did they replace OSB. They will not return calls or emails. Very poor communication. Adam cannot be trusted. He filled in additional information on the contract after the fact. read more

We called cornerstone after finding damage to our roof from hail the previous year. Ryan came out and was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of contacting our home owners insurance and in November our roof was replaced. The install went well but there were quite a few nails missed that ended up in our driveway and one got a tire on my trailer. Everything was fine as the tire shop fixed the tire and we got all the nails up with a magnet. My only complaint was Ryan left the company and no one notified us so we had no way to contact them when a piece of the roof cap blew off in the wind. Luckily I eventually was able to get ahold of them and they came out fairly quickly and fixed the issue. I would recommend them even though we had a few bumps in the road as I believe the business owner may have had a loss in the family and they did eventually make everything right. read more

Roof replacement I called corner stone roofing about an estimate so they came out and and gave me an estimate a few days later the owner called me to ask me when they could start and I informed him that I had picked another company he abruptly hung up on me.So unprofessional! read more

Please read WHOLE review if you want them to work on your home. Adam (says he is grandson of company founder) missed several appointmentS. The excuses for missing appointmentS were an insult, yet we were patient. Scheduled work for Friday Oct 10. Showed up a week early, at a time we told him we were out of town. Did 1/2 the job. He blamed office staff for mistake on dates. Rescheduled to finish job on Oct 9 or 10. I am writing this on Oct 10 and publishing, as no contact or show up again. I AM also going to office in person... Our neighbors used Patriot Roofing. None of them encountered any such issues. My father owned a small business, as his daughter, had I conducted myself in this way I can not express the intense correction my father would have made in my practices. Twice Adam stated missed appointments for his daughters soccer practice. (No call, no show.) Another missed appointment was a tire blow out. No call. I had to call him. Twice more late. Once no excuse, once he said he was working out with his boss. Second late I was texting him repeatedly.... for obvious reasons! I picked Cornerstone because they had done a roof for me 17 years ago. Supposeldly a Christian company. They ARE NOT THE SAME as they were. The Bible states clearly about work ethics. The ideal is lost in Adam and current owner. I don't know how the rest of their people are. Although I do know we contacted the office once, and the girl was rude. So, maybe it's the way they do business now? I do know I will not contract with them ever again and I will deter others from doing so. I will be going to BBB to file a complaint as well. I feel cheated and upset at the entire experience.... (UPDATE) We did go to office. Receptionist there called crew who first stated they didn't know to do the shed. (I could hear the entire conversation) Then she told us they ran out of shingles. (Not what crew said) Then said they didn't want to tell us that!? I told her that I want to be informed. I NEED to be informed. When I told her about repeated missed appointments, she said, "That's the way it is." I then said my intent was to contact the BBB. She Then stated, (note quotation marks.) "Go ahead, the owner sits on the BBB board. He will just squash it anyway." The lack of professionalism, quality and concern was astonishing. Trust me, the BBB, Colorado Attorney General and Pikes Peak Regional are my next step. Oddly, now...an hour after my in person visit, crew shows up. They have shingles!??? Wow, just wow! I am making copy of this review to post on social media accounts as well. read more

I had a ice damming issue and after seeing their ad on TV thought they would be a good choice. Alan Huskin came out and gave me a ball park estimate and said he would email the estimate . After almost two weeks with several emails still no estimate. After reading yelp, glad I have not hired them. Sad. read more

We hired Cornerstone for a complete re-roof. On the plus side they were prompt with the bid and the roof. The issue we had was the skylights. Due to the lock down they had difficulties getting the skylights. Understandable. The problem was in getting ANY information from the company. I repeatedly called every 2 weeks only to leave messages and get no response. We finally called our estimator who was the only one who would give us any information. At one point I called the office and left a message (again) and asked if anyone would call me back this time. The answer I got was, 'I can't promise you anything." When the last skylight was finally installed after 11 weeks of waiting, they were literally at my house 2 hours later waiting for payment. Roofing was good, but it was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. read more

Cornerstone was highly recommended by the people I asked about a roofing company and with this I contacted them and Adam was the first person I met and he was very professional and explained the whole process to me and what he would have done to the roof. He was true to his word, one the crew of roofers replaced the roof, I was in awe how awesome the job was. My house looked so much different and I must say the crew of the roofers did such an great job this including cleaning up, very tedious with the cleaning which surprised me but very grateful for that. I met Cindy and her daughter and they just reinforced the professionalism but also made me feel comfortable with the financial aspect and how they will do their part. I don't believe I could have chosen a better Roofing company to complete this big job on my house. Thank You all Cornerstone!!!!!!! S. Ybarra read more

Extremely overpriced. Almost impossible to get ahold of. Voicemails of the estimators not set up. Made me feel like they didn't need my business. A customer should never have to fight to get service, should definitely be the other way around! read more

Our roof had a hole, we called cornerstone and an employee of cornerstone came out and placed a temporary patch over it. Because he came out so quickly we gave the roofing contract to them. I have no complaints about the actual roofing and gutter work, however, it took the company almost 5 months to complete the job, from the day we signed the contract and when it was finally completed. I had to call to remind them they hadn't finished putting the gutters on in the back of the house. I also must mention they are over priced. Be wary. read more

I have called 3x over the last 2 weeks to get an appointment for a leak. Every time I'm told someone will get back to me. Moving on to the next company. read more

Left a message to have someone come out and look at my crumpled gutter(s). No return call in 2 weeks. I called again and the young lady on the phone basically told me they are in their busy season and not interested in my business. Enough said. Never again. read more

We have used Cornerstone Roofing twice in the past year: once to fully replace the roof on our home, and the other to fully replace the whole roof, gutters and downspouts on a rental income house we own. For home, we received three bids and Cornerstone Roofing was not only the least expensive, but they were also the most professional. Rory Huskin and his crew are completely professional, well trained, and left our property in very good shape. The product selection we had was second to none. When it came to getting the rental house roof replaced, again Cornerstone came through and had the job beautifully finished on time and on budget. I highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing! read more

Unfortunately the storms got the best of our roof! I was happy to use Cornerstone Roofing and would also refer them to anyone they did such nice work and cleaned up after themselves too! The roof looks great Thank you Cornerstone for having a great business and doing the job right! read more

After a hailstorm, we contacted Cornerstone to re-roof our house and fix a leak. 8 months later, we still had not heard back from them after the initial estimate until they just randomly showed up in our backyard one day, with no notification or attempt at contact. They did not have the proper equipment to do their job, requiring us to supply extension cables to their crew, which they then attempted to leave with. One month after this, during a rainstorm, the roof still leaked from the same spot. Do not support, do not endorse, take your business elsewhere read more

I had Cornerstone give me a quote for a new roof and skylight on March 22nd and agreed to have them do the job. It was discussed that my current skylight leaked and they would cover it until the new one was installed. The skylight never got covered and I never heard from them until April 12th when they showed up to install the roof. They never scheduled an install date with me and just showed up and started on the job when I had just gotten off a night shift and had just gone to bed. I did not get to sleep because of the all day roofing job and missed work that night because of it. They skylight they brought with them to replace mine was the wrong size so they got the measurements to order a new one. The measurements should have been taken and skylight ordered on the initial visit not the day of the install. I asked the roofers to cover my old leaking skylight and they said they would. After the roofers left my skylight remain uncovered. After voicing my complaints with the whole process to Cindy at Cornerstone her reply was basically sorry, but we will only charge you the quoted price and not an extra 1000 for removing some extra roofing that was not originally quoted or discussed. Oh, and the roofers moved my garbage can up to my house for me on garbage day before it was ever picked up, thanks. read more

I wish we would have did some research before hiring these guys. It was the worst experience ever! They showed up unscheduled (my wife had to call them to make sure the unmarked van was actually with their company), they subcontracted our job to another company that didn't even put flashing in the valleys and they failed inspections twice (second time was supposedly from their "best crew".. yeah.. right). The project took over 3 months before they passed. This company doesn't care about customers. They are why we have to deal with inspections, because if an inspector wouldn't have come out, they would have screwed us and been happy about it. Find a reputable company that is going to do the job, not just subcontract it out to some clowns that have no idea what they are doing. read more

I first used Cornerstone about 5 years ago to replace my hail damaged roofs and gutters. They were awesome to work with. So with my current home needing a new roof I used them again. Once again they were awesome to work with. They again did an AWESOME job and corrected items that the builder of my home left out when the home was built 15 years ago. I will use them again. read more

The woman who answers the phone is nasty! I asked to speak to the owner and she retorted, "he would not be interested" and hung up the phone on my ear. I will be calling around for another roofing company and would suggest that you do the same. read more

Cornerstone certified the roof of the house we bought. The roof leaks and we have damage to our ceiling. After six months and five phone calls later, and they have not responded. Today I asked for someone to call back today and the receptionist said she was not sure if they would. We are stuck because the sales contract paid for the service and going to another company means out of pocket expense. Definitely not recommending this company. read more

We used Cornerstone Roofing when one of our rentals had hail damage and couldn't have been happier. Prompt service, good attitudes and great work from start to finish. High recommended. read more

Following the wind storm we received an estimate for repair to our roof. I called on two occasions to schedule the repairs. Both times I was told someone would call me back. They never did. If my repairs were too small for their business, they should have just told me. Not returning calls is just poor business practice. read more

Unfortunately, my experience with Cornerstone Roofing was very disappointing. After months of conversation and stringing me along, Cornerstone dropped me as a customer, leaving me in a very stressful, panic situation. I was able to find another roofing company that helped me out. Unable to recommend this company. read more
