When I got there they increased the charges quoted and stole the stereo system out of the car. They said it happened after hours, so someone climbed over the barbed wire fence? They would not show me camera footage and said pay and take your car and get the f^&$k out. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
