Not only were they able to work with me and be prompt to help me, the tow truck driver was able to locate the issue, and suggest a mobile repair company (Diesel Parlor) to help me fix it. When I got there they increased the charges quoted and stole the stereo system out of the car. They said it happened after hours, so someone climbed over the barbed wire fence? They would not show me camera footage and said pay and take your car and get the f^&$k out. I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
