Yay, they have a drive-through ATM but sadly it was closed for service. The second choice was another ATM at the main entrance... nope. Lastly, a trip into the lobby. This was the answer. The service was quick and pleasant but there was an added level of inconvenience. Thanks for being there but we really didn't want to park and get out.

Amy made the buying car insurance a pleasure and I hate buying insurance as most agents try to up sell and get pushy about it and Amy was just the opposite of that she explained me my options and left it up to me and that was the first time i did not mind spending money. Thank you Julius K

I recently signed up for a policy with Geico. The agent was so friendly. This was my first time…read morebuying insurance, and she explained everything to me so that I understood the ins and outs of my policy and gave me tips for buying insurance. She helped me whittle down my policy to exactly what I need so that I was able to stay within my budget. Despite the lower price of my policy (less than half the amount of other quotes I'd gotten), my coverage level is great. I was worried I'd be paying as much in insurance as I do on my car due to a recent accident, but Geico made it possible for me to have a nice new car and afford all my bills! Additionally, they have a convenient mobile app that contains all policy information. Everyone else I know in Tallahassee seems to get good rates from Geico too. I always thought Geico was overhyped because of their commercials but I'm happy to say I was wrong!

First time home buyer. I sent a quote request via his website and I received it in a timely manner…read more I called the office to ask questions about the coverages. I was being helped by an employee of him and she was good (4 stars for her). I don't know what happened but Mr. Waters took over. He asked what I needed (I said clarification on coverages) and his response was: "I can't go line by line and explain to you what it means" "These coverages are the same among all home insurance companies" "Even if you read all the official documentation about each policy you will not understand it" "That is why you have agents" W-T-F!!!!! His tone of voice was stern and he said he was not being rude. Benefit of doubt I will agree that he was not rude. But, if I am the customer and I need simple explanations on what the coverages mean then he and his company should provide that info. I have had Allstate renters insurance for 10 years. For my new home in Tallahassee I will not have Security First (an affiliate of Allstate). They lost a customer. I called Progressive and they took the time to go line by line (again with me). Mr. Waters should learn from his competition.
