He gave bizarre answers to my questions and finally gave up trying to communicate, saying I just needed to go to the business for help. All I wanted was an appointment that would give the location workers time to order the glass and seal if they didn't have them on hand (I drive an older vehicle). And I don't think that sentence is difficult to understand if one's brain is firing on all cylinders.

I had actually booked an appointment with Safelite AutoGlass but I found their automated system to be such a pain in the rear to try to navigate. Never actually spoke to a live person--even after they missed 2 separate appointments to fix my car. When I called ACR & Mobile Glass, I expected to have my appointment scheduled days--if not weeks--later, since that had been my experience with that other company. But not only did someone answer the phone when I called, I was given an accurate and fair quote over the phone. And my windshield was replaced the very next day! The owner himself traveled to my home at no additional cost to me, removed to broken windshield, installed the new one and handled cleaning up the tiny pieces of broken glass inside my car! Tod was on time, the first time--and was very professional and I appreciate his attention to detail after the installation of the new windshield.
