One was a National chain which advertises a lot and one I had never heard of. I chose Mr. Glass because they were less expensive but also, they were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. At every turn of the process they were there trying to help me as much as they could and I must say, they went way above and beyond what I was expecting. Also, I was told, when I made the appointment, they do not offer mobile auto glass repairs, contrary to what their website says. I went home and called a company that could come out that afternoon while I used my WFH day to actually work from home. I can spare an hour on those days, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting area without so much as an update.

Who to me is in the office and should be a good example for the men working there. Then I'm sitting for about 45 mins to find out they got the wrong windshield. Which they went to Little Rock and picked up. Cost me another hour of my time. I work nights 4:15pm-5am so showing up on at 8am on time, I needed to get some sleep. Which didn't happen. So yay should be great at work tonight. Then I know they say in the fine print that glass particles may be in your vehicle. Yea there was. A lot. Not sure why you wouldn't wanna make your work look good. And cleanup. It was everywhere. Not to mention I clean my vehicle and always spotless. Getting dirt everywhere from your shoes all over the inside sides of my vehicle and leaving it is uncalled for. Not to mention you can tell my windshield is slightly off center with the camera system for the security features In the windshield. But not bad enough for me to come in and deal with all this over again. Then as I'm leaving to pay. I find out the quote left in my voicemail and over the phone. Was now more. Which they did fix. But maybe I'm expecting to much. But usually when there are issues and problems, a business gives a little bit more of a deal for your troubles. They didn't even offer. The lady Robin actually seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Anyways maybe I'm expecting too much out of people and businesses. Others may have had great experiences with this company. But I didn't with the store. I hope they take this constructive criticism and make there business better. I personally won't use them again.

I had actually booked an appointment with Safelite AutoGlass but I found their automated system to be such a pain in the rear to try to navigate. Never actually spoke to a live person--even after they missed 2 separate appointments to fix my car. When I called ACR & Mobile Glass, I expected to have my appointment scheduled days--if not weeks--later, since that had been my experience with that other company. But not only did someone answer the phone when I called, I was given an accurate and fair quote over the phone. And my windshield was replaced the very next day! The owner himself traveled to my home at no additional cost to me, removed to broken windshield, installed the new one and handled cleaning up the tiny pieces of broken glass inside my car! Tod was on time, the first time--and was very professional and I appreciate his attention to detail after the installation of the new windshield. Tod has earned my repeat business and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know in need of automotive glass work! (He also helped make working with my insurance company nearly painless!)

He drove me to Hertz where they promised me they would have a car for me. When we arrived, Hertz had rented all the vehicles on hand even though they knew why I needed a car & that I was enroute. We waited 4 hours for AAA to tell us they couldn't find anyone to come help us that evening, so we took matters into our own hands. We talked to two other local wrecker services who turned us down before we got connected to Koch's. He made it clear that he wasn't sure he would be able to help, but he agreed to come out anyway, at 9pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving, to analyze the situation. It was a struggle for him to find us but he kept trying, and when he finally found us around 10pm, he got us out with no issues. We are so grateful for Koch's gracious and patient assistance!
