For almost 4 Euro I was expecting more than the equivalent of the American $1 basic cheeseburger, just with white cheese. The same with the chicken bacon tomato sandwich. Not only was it delicious but it was exactly what I wanted. So comforting and familiar yet unique. It was honestly the best quattro formaggi I've had - way better than ones I've had back at home. The crust was amazingly crispy but doughy on the outside. Try their spicy olive oil if you dare. It's got quite the kick on it. My fiancé ordered the Parma, and he, too, agreed that his pizza was outstanding. I'm glad that we got to close out our Paris trip with Pizza e Mozza.
