I requested an appointment for them to come and measure and make a quote for blinds, and they never bothered getting back to me, despite taking my details. Ordered 4 roman blinds kits from them and one of them was the wrong length from what I've ordered; other two had the chain control mechanism on the wrong side despite me specifying which side I wanted them to. Now the 4th kit is broken as out of 3 strings on the blinds only 2 are pulling in the right direction, 3rd one is trying to do the opposite. Hence, can't roll the blinds up or down. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions (different people each time) and was promised the issues would ge resolved. 2 weeks later still waiting... Their customer service people were quite rude and unprofessional and almost annoyed that I dared to call them with some issues! Will never ever use them again and would suggest to other people not to bother. Bunch of time wasters! read more

We have recently got our house fitted with fashion blinds, we found Marta to be so professional and helpful, she helped us choose the most gorgeous blinds and seemed to be always contactable, I would highly recommend the company to deal with, they deliver very high quality blinds for a reasonable price, our son also has his house fitted with fashion blinds and had the same experience.
