Wine, beer, unique gourmet treats, specialty meats, gifts,... another amazingly unique little shop in our area! ....and they have gourmet dog items, too! The sweet owners (....and their dog!) greeted me when I walked in, offered samples of some of their items, and could go into detail on any product I asked about. The prices aren't inexpensive, but neither are the products. I will gladly pay a premium for a premium product, and to have access to some of these specialty, hard-to-find products in such a little town is absolutely spectacular! The people working in the deli area were super friendly and all of the food looked delicious but the fried chicken was AMAZING! I have made numerous calls, visits, to get my med, always given a slightly different story. I finally called this morning and asked them to transfer the script, and was told it'd be done immediately. Got on the CVS app this evening, and noticed the script was PUT ON HOLD, NOT transferred. so, I called the pharmacy. FINALLY got someone to transfer it to another CVS, but was told I was triggering the employee. WHAT does she think CVS is doing to me by basically just not filling my script??? An added insult is the pharmacy refused to call other CVS's to see if they could get the med from another store, they told me to do it myself. WTH? SO done with this store (this has happened in the past with other prescriptions, particularly for my dog's cancer meds.) They obviously do not care about the customer! i would have given this NO stars, except the whiny person I spoke to tonight FINALLY transferred my script as asked. If you need a med (especially if it is a not widely available med), do NOT use this location, you are better off driving an hour to a reputable pharmacy.

Weeks…read moreprior I had started to work with a local bakery, made arrangements and had sent an email with what I was looking for. They told me they would follow up via email in about a week. I never heard from them. I called, left a voicemail. I never heard back. In a panick I started looking up new bakeries in the area. I called about 10 places, including Charlene, and she was the only one to reach back out. She met with us the day of the wedding to give us the cupcakes and they were perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. My boyfriend requested to have some Halloween ones included and she was more than happy to make them. The wedding guests kept complimenting how delicious the cupcakes were. They were perfect. I wish I would've gotten a picture. Hopefully once the wedding pictures come back I'll be able to upload one. Charlene went above and beyond for us. I can't thank her enough.

It was three-tiered with yummy cream frosting and a heavy sprinkle of chopped walnuts on top. It was thoroughly enjoyed by my family and some opted to have a second piece for breakfast.
