This store is conveniently located with courteous people providing one-on-one personal service…read more The store experience itself was great. However, the actual purchase did not meet my expectations at all. I purchased an appliance ONLY wearing the Sears name. Sears sold their name only; NOT their stellar reputation for quality. The large upright freezer that I purchased needed seal gaskets replaced in less than two months, actually upon delivery; however, I didn't initially discover it.. Frosting ice immediately began to accumulate with air seeping from the blinded side of the door. In a few weeks, the frosting became worse. It's a RED Flag for quality or lack there of when repairs have to be made within two months of purchase. Upon my researching the reviews of others, I discovered most people who made the same purchase had the same complaints and that Sears DOES NOT make appliances bearing their name any more. I want to share honest and concise information so that it will be known that this is a risky purchase. I DO NOT Recommend the Sears Brand any more because it is NOT Sears. Therefore, get a current reputable brand that value its reputation; not just profits. If you make a purchase, immediately check the seals/gaskets to be sure that they have a flush seal all around. Also, inspect for physical dents and or damage. Don't pay for frustration, wasted time and poor quality; such vanity should not come with a price. The Four Stars are for the store, not the appliance. If the freezer had met my expectations, I would have given the store Five Stars.

I regret using them…read more our home was in the market for a walk in shower. we called one vendor and they came in very high. seeing an ad for bath fitters, we called them. the sales guy took measurements and made his pitch. it's my own fault for not paying closer attentions to the details. there was an alcove where the tub/shower was. my ass-u-mption was that the shower footprint would go to the edge. I also ass-u-med that when adding inside the shower rails on two sides that I would have enough room to stand without anything touching me. both assumptions were incorrect. because of the kit design, the shower doors are about 3 inches from the edge of the alcove. because of the presence of handrails, my arms were touching them as I stood in the shower. I can replace the handrails, not an issue. their kit, however, does not allow for extra room and you will be stuck with whatever they get you. If you decide to use this company, be very sure you understand and ask about how much room you lose because the kit is small, the doors are centered on the top of their kit, and how much you lose because of rails. I am stuck with the result of my assumptions. you don't have to be as you are now forewarned. Even though their quotes denotes the 32" x 60" pad, you really only get a 28.5" wide interior pad measured from the interior wall of the shower to the edge of the door frame.

I'm guessing he didn't 'pay attention' and just rushed through his interview. I chose EACH item and was asked about EACH item making sure that was the exact item I wanted. They did nothing without my minute approval, even measuring the handrails while I was standing in the shower-in-progress to measure the handrails to my specific request. I am so sorry he is unhappy, because after all this time I could not be happier with my walkin shower. I only had one small issue, and they came right out and fixed it with no problems....Thanks again to the folks at Bathfitters for my wonderful shower!
