I am currently looking for a Porsche and like most people I use the internet to start a search. This dealer was listed on a site and there were a number of Porsches for sale. I intended to visit this weekend, I went on to their web site and it looked impressive, but that's where it stopped. On their web site there were fewer cars for sale, I did not want to waste my time travelling if either their web site was wrong or the web site they were listed on was wrong. As they were closed I dropped them a simple email enquiry. I received back a very short misspelt reply, basically 'so what's your point' The sender did not even have the good manners or guts to put his name to the email and a couple of others. Do idiots like these people really expect someone to spend £60k and receive such an email, in this day and age they should be falling over themselves to get my business? You can just imagine buying a car from them and it going wrong and you get this level of service!! You may as well just burn your money. I have noticed during this recession, businesses like these think they are doing us a favour taking our money.
