What I like about Sue Epps is she does not treat me as a sales number or dollar sign. I only have auto insurance with her but if I need to talk to her instead of her employees, I'm able to call or leave a message with her staffs and she will return my call. She is a terrible agent, incomprehensible, and unable to convey any message in a thoughtful manner. She mumbles when she speaks, talk down on us, repeats herself on things we DID NOT ASK, while unable to provide quotes for the most basic thing; adding another driver to the policy. We've spoken a few times, one of the latest being when I added the new car to the policy (~1.5 years ago). I generally try to avoid talking to you because it ruins my day. 2. Yes, you spoke to my mom in Thai, but she couldn't get a straight answer from you, so she ask my sister to speak to you in English. My sister promptly called me and ask if it was that difficult to get information from you, confirming that I wasn't the only one having a bad experience. 3. My mother didn't say anything to you because we look inward into ourselves first, thinking we are at fault for not being able to get the relevant information, but this time it wasn't the case. 4. I understand that you want to keep this private, but as stated above; talking to you ruins my day. I hope you understand that It has taken me 4 years of looking inward before I complain. Sue Epps has been our agent for more than 10 years and has proven very helpful in "fighting for us". She is very responsive and if she can't pick up the phone she usually calls back within the hour. Same with emails. I've had other agents when I lived in other states, and Sue truly stands out compared to them. She understands our needs and looks after our interests. She gave us various options for our home insurance and clearly explained the differences. She was very helpful in helping us determine which insurance we need (and for what coverage) and which we could dispense with. With regard to our car insurance, after a car accident where the other party wanted to turn the story to his advantage and milk the situation, she reassured us and made us less nervous about the consequences. She was the contact intermediary between us and the insurance company (which is why you should have an agent), and she made the process very easy for us and kept us informed at all stages, and pretty much accurately predicted what would happen in the next stage.  When the issue was resolved, she made sure our premium was not affected. She knows her way within the organization, and the way other insurance companies act, so whenever we have a question she either has the answer directly, or knows where to get the answer. Not being able to fax or mail documents she set it all up to do through one email.
