I proceeded…read moreto ask for a medicine, she showed me a box that contained 10 viles, I told her that 10 was too much and that I wanted 5, she said okay and proceeded to charge 5 boxes, which was not what I asked for. I understand that there was a language barrier, and we were not able to communicate properly, yet she proceeded to act in frustration and throw the five boxes on the counter. Her behavior towards me as a client was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Seeing that a mistake was obviously made, she should have behaved in a polite manner and with patience. Taking another fact into account, is that why would she proceed to give me 5 boxes, a total 50 viles!?!?? Sometimes it's not about the language barrier, it's just as simple as using your common sense.
