Flavor/meat more earthy/hardy, less seasoned that what I've experienced in the U.S. They were quite good, but a bit different; no problem. The Waitress wasn't good. I know standards vary from place to place, but the place was almost empty (we went early) and she couldn't have had more than a couple of tables. Every time we wanted her assistance, we had to wave her over. Prices were reasonable enough. Wine selection was fine.
