Had to rush my 15 senior dog there because he was having a seizure due to low blood sugar at which time he was seen by the vet on call/owner of practice, Dr Weiner. He never laid his hands on my dog, was very abrupt & by the end of visit he told me do not come back. Left a message & spoke with Dr Jewel regarding visit & his response was " he could not see my dogs any more." He also refused to release my pups records. After following Dr Jewel 35 plus years & 3 different practices I can't believe I didn't see his true colors that came out of him. My friends & family brought their pets to see him as well. Needless to say, we have pursued other veterinarian services. I feel it is inhumane to withhold health records & certainly seems like they could careless about the animals they "treat"!! In my opinion it's retirement time for both, Jewel & Weiner.

The place looked poorly maintained and the flooring in the exam room was broken which left me nervous about my dog's paws. The vet tech couldn't really answer any of my questions. What sealed it for me was that when the vet came in the room and put my dog on the scale, asked ME if that was normal for her breed... I was like "you tell me" which he took a guess. Unfortunately I won't be back because I'd like to make sure you can do the bare minimum to make sure my dog is properly cared for at every stage of life.

One day she was particularly lethargic, and clearly needed medical attention. My regular vet was closed, so I brought her here. The vets there were able to narrow down what was wrong with her, and found a food that she actually ate. (Keep in mind that she'd eaten maybe 7-9 times over the last 2 weeks). The bill was half of what I was expecting it to be. Here we are, a few days later, and Sophie is eating, drinking, sleeping regularly, playing and "back to her old self". Wonderful practice!

Dr. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, caring and excellent with her patients as well as with pet parents. She has called me on her days off (Sundays) to go over bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc. Whenever we visit Dr. Anna - whether it's for a cytopoint injection or an exam, you can see and feel the love she has for her little patients. Always thorough, professional and personable. Dr. Anna is an outstanding DVM. Also outstanding is Karen, who is a Vet Tech. Great knowledge, professional and personable. She has helped me and my dog immensely - especially recently. The Front Desk personnel are all outstanding. Charlene, Saleena and Colleen. All of them are a pleasure to deal with. Also, a shout out to Dez who is the practice's Social Media Manager. She is always pleasant to deal with. This is an outstanding practice.
