Luckily, our toilet issue did not end up being too bad and Herr Ahrmann was able to get rid of the problem within a few minutes. He stuck around for a few more minutes to ensure that things were actually fine now before we took care of signing the order form and the payment. The total came to €124, payable in cash. I was definitely satisfied with their service since everything went down as I had discussed with them on the phone and the service onsite was friendly, quick and efficient.

Again, she took care of it and managed the whole paper work, met with the landlord and did everything else that was necessary for a smooth transition. This is a company that says what they do and do what they say. If I could give 10 stars I would have done so. Very friendly, very professional, very reliable, always on time. No need to follow up or check on them. Their Modus operandi is Second to none. They are the best in the industry.
