I picked them since they have fixed prices and don't charge any fees for sending someone to your house. They promised that someone would arrive on the same day between 1-3 pm and in the end the door bell rang indeed at 2.55 pm. Luckily, our toilet issue did not end up being too bad and Herr Ahrmann was able to get rid of the problem within a few minutes. He stuck around for a few more minutes to ensure that things were actually fine now before we took care of signing the order form and the payment. The total came to €124, payable in cash. I was definitely satisfied with their service since everything went down as I had discussed with them on the phone and the service onsite was friendly, quick and efficient.
