I found the attorney Nick Oberheiden's name from a google search. Nick was confident the case would be resolved quickly. Once an agreement was signed and a fat retainer fee wired to his bank, the legal work began. But ss the case unfolded, Oberheiden became harder and harder to reach. He seemed always ensconced in court. What email he did send to me was mrely 2 lines long. Needless to say, Mr Oberheiden and I parted ways after I began worrying too much and Oberheiden peroforming too little.
