Ive gotten several massages from her and they are always wonderful!! Shes very reasonably priced and often runs monthly specials. Anytime my girlfriends come in town they schedule massages with her and Ive bought gift certificates for family members as well. Ive never heard any of them leave with a complaint! She also does facials as well as a "face lift" massage. I havent tried this yet, however, I have an appointment for one this week! For anyone who is stressed, tense, sore muscles, or just want to relax and feel good...I recommend scheduling a massage here asap!!!

While I understand that many businesses have cancellation policies, this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking. There was no clear mention--verbally or otherwise--that I would be charged the full cost of the visit if I did not show up. Only after the charge was processed was I informed that this is part of their policy. Transparency is critical in any service-based business, especially when it involves significant fees. Failing to communicate such an important policy upfront is unacceptable and misleading. In addition, the way the situation was handled reflected poorly on the business. The staff came across as inexperienced and lacking professionalism. Instead of addressing the concern in a clear and customer-focused manner, the interaction felt dismissive and unstructured. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. Clear communication, accountability, and professional conduct are essential, and unfortunately, those standards were not met here. Better off looking into other well established spas in the area

My experiences at 20 Orange are on par with spa experiences I have had at high-end spas all over the world. I really like this place and think it is the best spa in town! Location: they are located right in the heart of downtown Wilmington between Front St and the river walk. Their facility is really high-end and if not the nicest Pricing: they add the gratuity into the price of the massage, so you don't have to deal with tipping. Everything is included in the price of the service. Also, they provide tokens for parking,so no worrying about time on a meter! Facial: They do a facial designed for men where you get to choose the treatments you want. It is basically a prix fixe menu that you pick a treatment from 3 separate categories (exfoliant, mask & massage). I added a picture of the facial menu. Hannah did my facial and it was awesome! Sauna & Cold plunge: they have this large private room that you have all to yourself with both an infrared sauna and cold plunge. I loved the transition from the sauna to the plunge. The one caveat was that I had requested specific add-ons for our 60-minute massages. We did receive 90-minute massages, which was appreciated, but the specific add-ons we requested were not included. There is also ongoing construction at the facility. It did not interfere with our experience, but it would have been helpful to know about it ahead of time. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would recommend them. I would just suggest confirming any requested add-ons prior to your session.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great touch. She worked diffent areas until she found the source which ended up being in my legs. This is not your typical massage where they spend x amount of time on each area. She is determined to find the cause of your discomfort and alleviate the source of your tension/pain. She is incredibly thorough and was kind enough to show me 6 stretches I could do on my own as well as some anti inflammatory diet advice. Great energy and results. I highly recommend her. She is on another level and genuinely wants to help you feel better.

I'm pretty far into the the uncomfortable stage of pregnancy, her massages have helped relieve sciatic nerve pain, muscle pain, and stress. She also has a great ear for listening, making you feel more relaxed and comfortable before your massage. I am not only using Jess for prenatal help, but as a doula for a natural birth delivery. My husband and I are very excited to have Jess as a part of our birth experience and feel completely comfortable and confident in her abilities and assistance.

I actually was disappointed that the tea wasn't served due to this, but I am sure when the pandemic is over it will be back.
