Warm fois gras was amazing, though little too little of the main ingredient and too many fruits. Tuna steak was really good, though to be perfect, I would add more spicy sauce. It was relatively quiet given that I had an 8am flight (I was there around 7:15am). Bolero offered hot food offerings for breakfast, which includes sausage, frittata and pancakes. Food was actually pretty tasty. There was a wide selection of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Non alcoholic drinks were single-serve. Other amenities include clean bathrooms and shower facilities. Didn't use the shower facility while at the lounge. Seating is not as large as in many hotel restaurants and it retains the intimate atmosphere of a bar. Prices are very reasonable. The menu varies from small plates to mains. I ordered the Sznycel Cielecy (Veal Schnitzel). It was very good and came with, interestingly, a fried egg on top. Chips (French fries) were also included. Winestone emphasizes their steak selections, but I noted only Rib Eye Steak on our menu. I have the impression there are special steak events or nights.
