My girlfriend and I both got the pizza with onions/sausage/bacon and it was SO GOOD. As a pizza snob from the US (partial to NY pizza!), I have not been overly impressed with pizza in Denmark, but wow -- I ate 3/4 of a full-sized pizza by myself. I could not stop eating it. The proportions of dough/cheese/sauce/toppings were perfect, and it was cooked perfectly, with the insides chewy but not mushy and the crust crispy but not burnt. The cheese was bubbly and the bacon and onions were slightly crispy, and I'm tempted to take the ferry back to Fanø just to get more pizza here. I think they even have their own cat (she's always sleeping out on one of the picnic tables)! Five stars for sure!
