The ice cream is OK. Nothing spectacular and not necessarily cheap but good. There were some interesting creations in terms of flavour and we enjoyed them but it's nothing better than most ice cream parlours I know here in Hamburg where I live. Nevertheless, it's a nice place to hit up if you're in the mood for something sweet and it's easy to find. I am sure it's swamped in the summer (warmer) months and can't compare it to then. We were the only ones there when we went and we enjoyed it this way. Had some coffee too which was standard and not great. The service was polite and attentive but we had to order at the counter and they brought things to the table. They actually reminded us that when it's busy they wouldn't do this. I have no idea why they wanted us to know this fact as we were the only ones there but I guess it's a zoo when it's high season.
