Only issue I've had with them is an insurance billing fail, where they quoted me $550 for a procedure I had done, then later billed me for close to double that. The explanation was that my insurance had been maxed out, which apparently was true - but they should have seen that in advance and advised me accordingly. At any rate, they were very supportive of my lack of employment and let me work out a plan to pay it off in installments.

I had a traumatic fall which caused my front tooth to fall out (whole root) and I broke my other front tooth and both lateral teeth in half. This was a couple of days after Christmas and no one was open when I was calling from the ER, but Dr. Stanley opened up for me and saw me. Both he and Dr. Randy took care of me. After extensive treatments and recovery, I had veneers, bone graft, gum graft and implant done, I could not be more grateful or happy with the results. It's been years and I've moved to Toronto, Miami, Palm Springs, Newport Beach and LA. I've seen dentists here for cleanings and each time, they have been really impressed with the work saying how natural it looks and really beautiful job. Burba gave me back my smile after a traumatic fall and showed me so much compassion throughout my ordeal. He and his staff were so patient. All past dentists have trouble numbing my mouth. Not him.He aced it and kept asking if i was still OK.He was extremely patient with my anxiety. he kept pausing to see if I was still comfortable. I asked the dentist before the xrays started to verify that they took my insurance, and she did as well. A few weeks later I get a call that they don't accept my insurance and that I owe more than $300. The front desk lady refused to accept that they assured me that they accepted my insurance, refused to reduce the price, for example not charging me for the unnecessary xrays, etc. Avoid this place.
