The good..my nails look nice and the sns they use and how they apply it holds up very well. I usually just get French or American sns. Younger girls next to me were getting designs and multiple colors on each nail and all looked amazing. They definitely have a nail artist on staff when I was there. All this I would give 5 stars. Wait time is bad. It's a small salon with only a few nail techs. Expect to wait. When it's your turn expect to wait as your nail tech goes back and forth between 2 or more clients. Appointments are basically nonexistent and everyone is a walk in. Be prepared to wait. I called for a appointment a week ahead with the same person that did my nails the prior time. When I arrived that person was not there. No explanation just sit and wait. Basically I was a walk in and was helped by the next person available. All this would lead me to a one star review other than the end product being so good. So expect to wait. My appointment on a Wednesday evening when I had an appointment took double the time of a normal nail appointment. But you will most likely leave with beautiful nails. Lol read more

My go-to nail salon. Been here about 3 times so far for a new set and fillings. They do a really good job, I never had any issues with my nails. The ladies are really nice. It's not super fancy like most nail salons I've been too. But it's not a big deal. They usually only have like 2 people working when I'm there. So sometimes there is a brief wait even if I booked an appointment. Price for filling is around $45 with french manicure and almond shape. It's an okay price. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My rating is a 0...they should not be in business. The place is filthy and stuff is sitting around all over. The guy rushed me to my seat and began recklessly grinding off the gel on my toes as if my feet were an inanimate object, grinding so fast and hard it burned (heat) and cutting my skin when he touched it with the grinder. I literally have cuts and now scabs around each nail. I kept saying that hurts and he kept doing it. Then he did not apply the gel properly and the gel shrunk so much it was not covering my whole nail. It looks awful. When i told him its not covering the nails he proceeded to take a nail file to the edges which makes no sense, and once again filed my skin. I had to tell him to stop several times. By that time i was so over being there. He obviously didn't know what he was doing or care. Then it was $45...for a pedicure Im going to have to get redone. You all, go anywhere else but this place. went in for a gel pedi and callus removal along with a change in my dip powder. As I pulled into the parking lot and saw 3 of my girlfriends who had just came out of the salon. They were livid. Their service was horrid-I was so embarrassed. My gut told me to leave but my nails said stay. I should've left bc my nails definitely don't look like I paid $105 for my service. While the gel polish on my pedicure was done well there was ZERO callus removal. ZERO. 3 scrubs on each foot was all I got. The dip service went fine with the exception of my nails being cut level with my skin I mean okay, I'm coming to get my nails done...I'm starching pictures so you will understand why I am so livid. $105 and my nails made it maybe 3 days before they started breaking down. It is no where near time for me to normally have them done but I can't even put on a shirt without picking it. I gave them one star only bc there wasn't an option for a negative one. That's an hour and a half of my life and over $100 of my life I can't get back along with being embarrassed for anyone to see my hands. read more

If I could give this nail salon 0 stars I would. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon at this place. I am guessing it is under new management, and Tammy (the previous owner) doesn't own it anymore. I went in to get my gel polish removed and get SNS with tips. The lady that applied my tips started shaping my nails into a coffin shape with wasn't what I asked for, and they were all crooked. I asked her to fix them and she fixed a few but kept going with staring the dipping process. At some point, she got her skin stuck to my skin and just pulled her skin off mine, she ripped my skin off of my finger. I started bleeding. After she ripped my skin off, I asked her again to fix the crooked nails. She just stopped and said someone else will help you. A new lady started on my nails, when it got time to start the color powder, the previous lady had gotten the wrong color. I told this lady it was the wrong color, so she took it upon herself to get a new one which was nothing close to the original color I had picked. I was so ready to leave that I didn't care at this point about the color. She charged me $40 instead of $45 which I felt was unfair considering the other lady ripped my skin off, had the wrong color, and I had been in the salon for 2 hours. I will never go back and if you are reading this review I do not recommend that you go either. Spend your money else where! read more

This nail salon was disgustingly unsanitary. The way they clean tools between people is to rinse them in the same water your feet are sitting in. They obviously reuse the files to the point of extreme wear. I paid extra to have a better pedicure. It was a joke. I probably got one extra minute of care for paying more and the entire experience was very short and rushed. The manicurist cut 2 of my cuticles to the point they were bleeding. Not trying to hurt anyone's feelings or anything but this service is definitely not worth the money. I got a pedicure and a manicure and was not pleased with either. I still had cuticles that needed to be pushed back and dead skin that needed to be removed from around the nail on both my finished pedicure and manicure. Just a sloppy job. I paid over $70. I have had plenty of pedicures and manicures in the past so I know a good mani pedi and a decent value. Prior to 2020 this salon gave really good manicures and pedicures. I've tried this place a few different types. I figured I'd give it one last try. I called ahead of time and made a appointment. Even with the appointment, I still waited and the artist left in the middle of my appointment and didn't return for an extended period of time. I had a exact photo of what I wanted, when I called and made the appointment they claimed they could do any design I'd like, but the artist did the wrong color, wrong shade and wrong design. Along with that, the nails were the wrong length and more than one was not on straight. I don't think I'll go back here again. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! This place is absolutely horrible. I needed a full set of nails. Walked in and was asked what I needed and I stated "full set" without any other questions being asked of me I sat down with a male tech. Small talk began, they wanted to know where I got my nails done before. Well I'm not from the area so I explained I live in Alabama and usually get them done at home. In the mean time the tech has applied my nails, cutting 4 of my fingers on the side. He asked what color I wanted and I stayed I wanted pink with white tips ( French manicure).... well he became upset, stood up and said "shit! You should told me, I would do powder nails. " I told him it was ok he could just paint them. He began speaking in his language to another tech to the point that they were yelling at each other. The female tech asks if it's ok to paint white tips. I told her that would be fine, it's not a problem. Upon returning to the tech, it was noticeable that he was shaking mad. They continued to argue in their language saying I asked for full set.... I heard them say something about Alabama , at this point I apologized because I did not mean to make anyone mad. Needless to say, I was made uncomfortable, my fingers are bloody, and nails are missing paint on the sides. Never had such an experience at any nail salon. I do not recommend anyone use this place. The Gel Mani was only $25 and she did a fantastic job! It was slow when I was there so I'm sure it does get busy and crowded but I was able to walk straight in -- no wait! This was around 4 pm. In town for an event and went in for pedicures and manicures. Four ladies were working, there was a short wait but we were seated into the pedicure chairs pretty quickly. The service was nice and pretty swift without feeling rushed (they close at 7:00). A regular manicure chips quickly, but I know that and it's a risk I take. Here's a picture a week later-my left hand, non-dominant still near perfection. The right started chipping next day, but I use it more whether it's styling my hair, putting on my makeup, etc. so there's just naturally more wear and tear. Well, my husband and I walked in, no appt on a Saturday morning while in town for a wedding. Each need a pedi, I needed an Acrylic fill with gel polish. We arrived at 9:45 am. We're both Put in pedi chairs. Pedi started in about 15 min for my hubby... me about 30 min later. 3 women showed up, had appts, were seated late and slightly irritated. Hubs was done with his pedi before me. Woman came in for full set of acrylics with 3 kids, no appt, another college age female arrived, no appt for mani/ pedi, no appt. My husband went and slept in the car as all of those people were done before me. When I mentioned it the guy said " people had appts ". NO. Those people all DID NOT. You can heat people speaking in English when they walk in and none of those had appts. My point is this place just takes whomever and tries to balance it all and people are frustrated in here a lot. One lady came in and had an appt and left because he told her 20 min wait with an appt. They need to work on timing and balancing what they take or be truthful about wait times . It took 3 hours and 15 min for me to get out of there! Pedis were fine, nails just ok. read more

The technician I had was rushing the entire time. I asked to take off my SNS and get a manicure with clear nail polish and the only thing I really got was my SNS off and my cuticles and nails cut. At other places you'd get your nails filed and a hand massage or something. I feel that I was overcharged for the service I got and I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Cleanliness is NOT a priority in this salon. They gave pink slippers to walk to the back room for a brow wax, the lady had just compleated removing gel nails from a young lady, in which she did not wear gloves. I had to ask her to please wash her hands before waxing my brows.that room was filthy!! Back to the pink slippers, when I arrived at the nail drying station, I removed the slippers and the bottom of the slippers were covered in dirt. I saw no one cleaning anything. I dropped my water bottle top, as I reached to pick it up, a dried dead worm and dirt was thick by the nail dryer area! I came in asking for gel. They gave me acrylic stating my nails were to short . I specifically stated that I wanted gel nails. The woman the entire time I was getting my nails done with all my phone either listening to music or talking to whomever was on the phone . She paid no attention to me or my needs . She was constantly walking around doing other things . I didn't even get a hello when I walked in the door . Upon starting I began to see that what she was doing was not gel now I expressed to her that I wanted gel nails and she said oh no your nails are too short for that . If that was so she should have told me from the beginning . I began to tell her that I cannot stand what was done it looked awful and my nails were ruined . Gaps and cracks and spaces in my nails . When I told her how much I hated it she explained to me that it would be $40 because she still completed the service. I asked if she could do something else and she said even if I took it off it would be more than $40 after much arguing she finally gave it to me for $25 but then I later and look at the sign and it said acrylic nails $25 which is exactly what I received and there was nothing on the sign that was $40. Hence no matter what I was getting ripped off. As she argued with me she said next time you come back I can take them off and give you gel. I told her I would never come back and she told me she did not care if I ever came back. I then later found out from a woman who is walking outside behind me from a similar situation that the woman that was doing my nails it was indeed the owner. If this is how the owner wants to run their business with people who barely speaks English and the owner being on her phone while with a customer and being extremely rude saying that she did not care to receive my business and that I had to pay no matter what and that she was not in the wrong but yet I was and she told me specifically that she hope I learned my lesson.
