The hair I purchased was terrible!! Literally the WORST hair I've ever had in my entire life!! I was very hesitant to purchase this hair but I had to catch another flight in a few hours & the beauty supple store I really liked was too far. BAD IDEA!! The hair is so tangled & I can't even wash it because I'm sure it will turn into a huge hair ball & will be unusable. The bundles were soooo thin, I had to use 4 just for a half head!! I have been to this shop a few times and every time there were some drug attics and drug dealing in front of the building Only once the guy behind the counter has been polite he is very rude and very unpleasant and unprofessional he's not attentive to any of the customers that came in the shop every time I was there. Being that the shop is always empty if you asked to hold anything at the counter he would sell it to anyone else asking to purchase that item you ask him to hold, trying to make sure he gets a sell for the day. There was even a pimp with his prostitutes collecting items for their nights work. Overall negative place and it will close down I'm sure soon. read more

The owner (male) of the store was so polite, he said yes and that he carried multiple colors. My husband and I drove to the store. We were excited to finally see a city with people that looked like us, Black LOL... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! So I was in Miami on vacation looking for a good place to buy some raw virgin human hair to get a sewing put in, and this is one of the top places that showed up in my search so I assumed naturally that the five star rating that they held was promising. When I decided to finally go purchase some weeks and bundles, I was not informed by the owner that the hair was in fact not 100% raw virgin hair it was a blend of synthetic hair that he claims is only 50% raw human hair and honestly from the feel and look of the shit it looks to be about 1% human hair. I did not attempt to touch the hair in the store in the packaging because I felt that that was rude, so I did not see that the hair was not in deed the quality that I was told it was until I got to the salon took it out of the packaging and attempted to tone and wash the hair and the hair was so fake it wouldn't even hold the toner. So when I returned to attempt to receive my refund for being lied to and sold something under false pretense is I was regretfully informed that I was unable to receive a refund because they have a no refund policy. I was unaware of the policy at the time of the purchase, I felt very cheated because I was sold a product that was not what I thought it was. When I try to come in and solve the situation respectfully, they were very rude to me and made me leave the store. NEVER GOING BACK! I most DEFINITELY will not recommended this place. It's a piece of shit in the middle of the hood (which is fine but don't f**king lie to my face and charge me $500 for some fake a** sh!t. I was most definitely not amused. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!! I enjoyed my experience here. The owner was nice and very helpful. The store is fully stocked with different hair and supplies. I went about two weeks ago to purchase braid hair. The selection wasn't as big as I would like but I was able to find what I needed. I'll definitely be coming here next and the time after that.
