We did a painting party this year and a mani/pedi last year. The bus arrived promptly on time, set up and hosted 10 kids on the bus for two hours while the adults enjoyed some mingling. We also used the slumber party tents for the night and the girls had a blast. Their team set up the tents and came the following day to clean up. I just had my wedding here yesterday and am still in awe of how smoothly it went and how beautiful it was. We chose to go with a Pop Up wedding package. It included sooooo much and made wedding planning a million times easier. The package included the use of both rooms - reception and hearth room. It included catering, cake and cupcakes, officiant, wedding planner (Janna), DJ, and your choice of decorations. It CAN include your flowers too, something I chose to do and they were beautiful! You cannot beat the price anywhere. The venue itself if gorgeous! I am in live with the hearth room and am so glad we were able to have the ceremony in there. It is a HUGE stone hearth that takes up moth of the wall. They have it decorated gorgeously with lanterns and garland. The reception room is huge and has a nice stage. The tables and chairs all get decorated and looked amazing. It is very classy. There is also a very nice bar area if you choose to get a bar package. It is all stone and wood. There is a beautiful outside area to get married and/or take pictures. They have a great bride room with its own toilet, lots of mirrors, and seats. The restrooms are very nice and large so people can change clothes is needed. I don't think you can find a prettier venue, especially at their prices. The catering was by Shack in the Back BBQ. They have special prices with that venue that you can't beat. We had BBQ pork and chicken with AMAZING mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and scrumptious green beans. The BBQ pork was very good with your choice of sauce. I was told (but didn't try it personally) that the BBQ wasn't very good. For an additional dollar per plate, it included lemonade and maybe something else to drink (I can't remember the details.) It was definitely worth the extra charge not to have to bring in our own drinks and make sure they were cold. The cake and cupcakes were very good. I LOVED the icing, it wasn't too sweet but just sweet enough. I got a mix of vanilla and chocolate. They put beautiful pink flowers on the top of the cake. I was really pleased with how it turned out. The MOST IMPORTANT part of the whole experience was the people that work there. Megan was wonderful to work with getting everything initially set up and managed. Louise did a great job on my flowers and gave me exactly what it asked for. But Janna, the coordinator, was absolutely the best part of the whole experience! She made sure every detail was planned out and ran smoothly. She was available by text or phone anytime I had a question or changed my mind. She was also the officiant at our ceremony and almost brought me to tears. Communication was not timely from the get go, but when we heard back from Amy she was pleasant and typically answered questions. We were originally doing a cash bar. We booked everything for our October wedding in February. In April I emailed her asking about pricing on covering beer and wine. She replied and was getting back to me with information. I never heard back from her. As our wedding day approached I began following up with vendors including Professional Bar Service (PBS). This was in September. This is Ruth I finally received the requested information from April. I also indicated multiple times that I wanted bar service to begin 30 minutes before our ceremony. I was told a couple days before the wedding this would be fine. The venue approved it as well. Per my emails and contract with PBS they would begin at 6 and would stop serving 30 minutes before the end of event which was 11:30. I was told my contract time was through 11 pm because of this. Our day came and things were good until they weren't. PBS continued to tell our DJ they were closing up at 10:30 and were saying it was the venues rule basically giving us the runaround during our reception instead of us enjoying it. I personally spoke to them and told them I have a contract and emails from both the venue and PBS stating otherwise. I was told by one of the bartenders that they would call their boss. Never heard another word. At 10:28 my DJ said they weren't budging so let's do last call. We with 20 people in tow walk out to get one last drink. Most just beer and wine and the staff were rude and very unprofessional and started pulling bottles away saying they would not serve us anything but water. Come Monday following up with PBS, Amy admitted fault and apologized for being conveniently unavailable to handle the situation on Friday evening when her staff tried reaching her. We paid $3500 for the bar service which ended a half hour early and her staff embarrassed us in front of our guest. Most of our guest left right after the last call incident with her staff. In addition to loosing the last half hour of our service we paid the venue additional monies to extend our event an extra 30 mins. That was $165 which she offered to refund. We tried to reach back out and Amy responded once she wouldn't respond after that. We were NEVER refunded any money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We used them for our wedding this past October (2018) and had them cater food for our venue and bartend our event. We supplied our alcohol for our event (three full-size kegs, an enormous amount of wine, and about 30 bottles of champagne). They were more than happy to serve our host-sponsored alcohol and also kept a menu of hard liquor for the cash bar portion of our event. They had a menu for our provided beers and wines that guests could view. The number of bartenders was perfect and people were not waiting around for drinks. They even had a bartender or just a person who would grab my wife and I our preferred drinks if they saw our cups were empty or that we were waiting in line. Additionally, for our wedding party and ourselves - we were able to stock the bar with our preferred hard liquor without any issues. They set it aside for us and were more than happy to keep it behind the bar. They treated our guests well and I really enjoyed the bartenders - they had a lot of fun and made sure our guests did the same. For our food, we did a breakfast bar. Pancakes with cinnamon apples, blueberries, and chocolate chips; biscuits and white pepper gravy or assorted jams/jellies, pimento cheese, roasted potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and seasonal fruits. I didn't really eat much at the wedding to be honest BUT I did hear we had like nothing left over and that our guests really enjoyed the food! The tasting we did prior to our wedding was really nice and the food tasted good then (so I could only imagine it tasted the same or better when the wedding occurred). The only downside was that we didn't get any to-go food for us which I was kinda bummed about. My matron of honor was literally following me around on the dance floor and tables feeding me bacon because I hadn't had a chance to eat. The company was even more than happy to set up our coffee and donuts that we had ordered from North Lime as our "cake". They did a pretty solid job. They were easy to work with. Responded quickly. Sat down with us at some of our final venue walk throughs to talk about "our perfect wedding" goals, and even helped us out when we ran into issues. They were more than happy to help us out with the kegs and were polite with our requests on which kegs went first and not to just pop the top on all the wine. Logan was our main point of contact and she was perfect. She was hilarious and easy to reach - let us know when she was around in the days leading up to our wedding and even told us to reach out if we had ANY questions or concerns in those few days before.
