Well I was leaving this area, and wanted to be sure there were cracks to any of the tiles when I sold to new owner! So SunCastle sent their team out did some minor repairs which was great. But with today's technology the inspectors found with their drone a crack in a they wanted fixed. Can you imagine, we are going to closing and this could slow us up! Not with SunCastle their manager personally came out and replaced the tile, and then the office staff get the letter sent to the inspector and we had a successful closing. Roofs are important in our area, go with the best. And ask for the manager! kolesnikd1984@gmail.com. Thanks David Pitchko

After the work was completed, the gutter fell off because it was poorly installed, and despite repeated requests, they never fixed it. Additionally, I've been asking for weeks to see the permit for the work, but the contractor continues to claim that it wasn't permitted, and hasn't provided any proof. I have been reaching out daily for over three weeks, but the contractor has stopped responding to my calls and messages. Extremely unprofessional service, and I do not recommend this company.

Alan came out to look at an active roof leak. They look in the attic and got on top the house. Once they spotted the affected area they went ahead and fixed the problem. As they were putting their latter away I asked what they had found. He said "we took care of the problem. It's all fixed. You had a few nails popped on the ridge vent. We went ahead and replaced them with screws and laid some roofing cement to seal the shingles on the area that need it". I was shocked cause they didn't even ask me to fix it, they just went ahead and did it. I ask Alan what I owe him and his response won me as a customer for life. He said "are you married?" I replied "Yes". and he said this "take your wife out to dinner and have a good time" I was blowed away cause I had other roofers come out and I had all sorts of quotes. One of them wanted to replace my entire roof ($10,000 plus) and the ones that would consider repairing were in the $1000 range. I'm so glad I called Alan's Roofing. They save me a lot of money and my wife got a date night. How exciting is that! I highly recommend using Alan's Roofing for any roofing job. You owe it to yourself to get a 2nd opinion.
