My dad recently passed, and I wanted videos from my phone transferred to a dvd. First, I was told I should just Google how to do it myself. Then, when Mark was told he had been recommended by someone, he decided to tell me to call him in a month because he was backed up. I called in a month, and he scheduled an appointment within 3 days. After leaving work early to make the appointment, the door was locked. I thought it was for Covid related purposes, so I called the number. Mark answered. When I explained I was there for my appointment, the apologies were ridiculous. "Oh, I should have seen that on my calendar this morning. I really should have called you. I'm just so behind. All I can say is we'll have to reschedule." Seriously? In other words, if you want anything done in the next 2 years, just Google it and do it yourself.
