The viewing was noon to 2:00 and the service was at 2:00 PM. The flowers were delivered in the morning around 9:30 am when no one was around and the building locked. The arrangement was set on the ground outside the doors with no attempt to call the phone to inquire when anyone would be at the church to receive the delivery. The result was the flowers never made it inside the building for the service and was waste of fresh flowers and money. The lady who I spoke with to complain commented that Doors Dash left orders outside all the time. The condecending respose was a poor analogy. I thought I was dealing with a professional florist. This was a bad experience and the nice arrangement I wanted for a close family member that passed away suddenly never materialize. I will not be doing business with this florist again. I should have donated $125 to a charity in name of my family member.

Unfortunately the roses, all of them, appeared to have been frost bitten were delivered on Sat. By Sun it was clear they were inferior quality. By Mon droopy and Tues I pulled them out. Maybe they thought they could get rid of bad flowers cause the order originated from out of state. I phoned to let them know the flowers were inferior quality, did not even last till Mother's Day. I had been very worried about going to a bridal shop to try on dresses -- fussy old ladies wanting to put you in dresses and talk about your figure, scads of women all getting squealy and annoying, no privacy, etc. Melissa brought us into a room with a bench where we sat going through a binder selecting pictures of the dresses we wanted to try. She took care of getting the dresses and putting them in the dressing room, which was large and had a door and a seat/bench. She offered help when appropriate and was there immediately if we needed her but didn't hover or get in the way at all. She mentioned things we hadn't thought of, like the fact that you can easily cut off a train as long as it doesn't have a design on it and you can try putting clear tape over any beading that would chafe under your arms. She answered questions and listened to what we wanted. At the end, she wrote down the dresses that interested us, including helpful notes to remind us which was which, as well as prices and style numbers. I would definitely recommend visiting this place, as Melissa helped make a stressful process very manageable.
