When my ENT did sinus surgery on me at this hospital, the staff was wonderful. I love the smaller size of both the hospital and the city, the ease of navigating around the building and parking lot, the more personal attention and the more rural atmosphere.

She insisted I didn't have the insurance I have. Rude as all get out. I left and went down the road to Well Now and no problems at all. The people were so nice there. Don't go to urgent care. Maybe they need to retrain their desk people to know what they're doing. And to change the nasty attitude. Will never walk in that place again!!!!

The doctors and PAs that work there are amazing. However the front office staff are always…read moreunfriendly or just rude. I've never tried to call there without nearly an hour wait on the phone and today I was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes!! Especially when the last 45 minutes the recording said that there was "ONE person ahead of me ". I've been trying to get in touch about my prescription which is vital to my health. If they are that busy than might I suggest hiring at least another person if only to answer calls? They have been this way for the couple years I've gone there and only seems to get worse. I'm exhausted and STILL have no answers about my prescription!
