They were on top of things from the jump, helping us select a wood combination that was perfectly complimentary and keeping us involved every step of the way to ensure the final product would meet our expectations. The craftsmanship reflected in the piece was, in fact, beyond our expectations. It's a very fitting "one room cabin" for our Dad. We'll remember the Windsor Team's expertise and professional for future projects!

Lori was very patient with us and worked directly with Ferguson Plumbing Supply for our sink and Watson's Top Shop for the countertops. Waypoint manufactured and delivered the cabinets inside the home. We installed the cabinets and Watson's installed the tops and sink. Everyone involved met our high standards. I highly recommend all of these companies.

The spent maybe 5 minutes at the house, took measurements on multiple windows, didn't write anything down or explain options for windows. Called Chinook Windows and they were able to come same week and provided EXCELLENT service. Recommend calling Chinook for any window needs.

Took about a month or so to come back with some other guy, I don't know who in the late evening. I can tell they didn't wanna be there so they did a half ass job then the trim propped off. My contractor had a heck of a time trying to get them to come back each time. So they put the door in on September 17 then they showed up last night this time with Zach the owner clowned around and didn't even bring the plugs for the bottom of the door so all they came to do was nail that trim on. I don't expect them to come back. I wouldn't even give him a one star rating, but I guess I have to.
