The average 20 - 30 min should not be that long especially if your the first patient of the day on the walk in side there's no reason why I should have waited 35min at 9am got seen by 10am was out the doors by 1045am that's unacceptable. I said I paid my last visit in full here is my receipt. Apparently the person who did my paperwork charged me wrong and I never realized and neither did they. Irritated. Not that $15 is going to break the bank but it has been 3 weeks. I received no letter of apology, like sorry we made a mistake ... NOTHING. Just to be told that like btw you have a past due bill.... Like I don't pay my bills. The lady at the desk then brushed it off saying you can pay it later don't worry about the money now. It is ok you can pay it later. Also she said she couldn't see what the past due was for. Just that it was due. I asked for a why and when and she couldn't give me details. If I didn't have my receipt from the last time then what? So here I sit. Annoyed at their mistake. Also I asked since I am here could I ask someone about this cough a nurse or someone. I got pneumonia a few years ago and colds now freak me out. Then the blood work department is really good. One stick, in and out, explained everything great. Then I saw the plastic surgeon and he was amazing. Spunky. Explained well. Got this awful cyst off my face. I was awake for the surgery which feels like a flex LOL. His front office staff was great too. The plastic surgeon department was my favorite one. If I ever get this weight off, they're first I'm going to for skin removal LOL! The main complaint thought is definitely the front desk in the Park Manor associates side needing to be better about answering calls. I work front desk, I know it's possible and I've seen them improving drastically- it seems they replaced the old staff with people a little more thrilled for their job. My job is a hotel, the phone is constantly ringing, and I have a million other things to do. And I get paid a fart and a smile (basically nothing is the point), so I get their standpoint but I also question it and have gotten flustered with it because I find they get paid more and are always way less busy then my job- so I don't get the wait times. Coming in and seeing three on staff, one person just twiddling their thumbs, but the phone not stop ringing is a bit off putting. Overall though, through my frustration I stay with this office.
