The place I currently walk for have gotten clients recommended to us from this place, as they felt group environment wasn't in the best interest for the dog(s) and that they're better off having one-on-one time while relaxing in the comfort of their own home! However, today we go and pick up our Lab and she has a cut on her side. When we asked what happened we were told "no idea. The manager then tells me that maybe the groomer clipped her when shaving her..... she wasn't shaved! She only had a bath! Do not take your dogs here. Such bad service and my poor dog had to pay the price.
