Always a great meal. Friendly and clean. Love the new air conditioning- makes it nice. Open during slow season.

Very good! Would definitely recommend for a casual meal if you are looking for a break from Mexican food for a night.

It was the afternoon and we didn't really plan on getting anything big. But then we found this little back yard oasis, the huge fan was blowing in my face and it cooled mus down and our appetite could not be contained anymore. So we went off the rails a bit and the husband got a big platter of stuff and I got a big platter of stuff (seafood!). It was all fun and games until it came to pay and we realized that since we hadn't planned on having a big meal, we didn't bring a lot of cash. This place, like many in the area, doesn't accept credit cards, so we were in a bit of a pickle. We tried to get cash at the ATM next door, but it didn't work. So we went through all our pockets and gathered all our pesos... and were still short 2 or 3 in the end. Not even talking about a tip. Enrique was so, so gracious and laughed it off! He told us not to worry about it! We stopped by the next day on our way to Puerto Vallarta to pay our debt and leave a ncice tip, but it was in the early afternoon anbd the place was closed. Sorry, Enrique! We did try! In any case, we will make sure to stop by the next time we're in the area and eat some more of your amazing food and leave a REALLY GOOD tip this time! As for the food: it was very good. Just look at the pictures! Freshest sea food, made with love. Loved it!

Screw all the expensive decor and pretentious small plates and even smaller drinks you'll find in most of the resorts and commercialized/tourist downtown areas. Kids here are running amok having fun In and out of the water while older kids are drinking, eating, singing and playing. The vibe is laid back and casual...most everyone here ARENT tourists. This is a locals spot so if you come check it out be sure you don't ruin it... loud, drunk, rude and arrogant isn't allowed! Ariel, our mesero, was friendly, helpful and laid back. He's super attentive and took great care of us while giving us plenty of time and space to just chill and relax. Everything we ordered was killer... tostada ceviche pulpo, guacamole and zarandeado frito spot on! Drinks well balanced w liquor and flavor and the service made it all the better. I rarely give a 5 star on an initial visit, but this crew deserves it!

This cute little spot.. you would never know the food was phenomenal. It was downstairs essentially from where we were staying. They sometimes have live music too, although we didn't' get to see this. The grill has exceptional service and offers poolside dining during the day. It also has AMAZING beach views. Each morning, we enjoyed espressos before our walks. The food is outstanding. The steak was a highlight--perfectly cooked and flavorful. I tried the pesto salmon, and while the flavors were delightful, the salmon was slightly overcooked. The tempura was a standout--crispy, light, and not at all greasy. The bruschetta was also delicious. They have a huge menu and plenty to explore if you're staying for a while. Note: they are closed on Tuesdays! We were bummed about that, but happy to have had it one night during our stay!

A bottle of wine and our appetizer arrived promptly. The salad quickly followed. Then we waited. And watched the place get very busy. And waited. At 8:00 I called our waiter over and politely asked if our entrees were near. I was assured they were. At 8:30, I caught his attention and asked (with much frustration) what was going on. At 8:45 (2.5 hours after ordering), I told him to cancel our entrees and bring the check. At 9:00 pm we received our food. I first told him to take it back, but then relented. THREE hours after arriving. It's not the miss, it's the response. No one seemed to care at any point. The GM or chef didn't show up with an apology. No entrees were comped. This also happened to us last Valentine's Day when they were swamped. I told them I would never be back and promptly cancelled our reservations for today, Valentine's Day 2026. We have friends visiting over the next months and have cancelled plans with them as well.
