They had a raffle where you could win lemon themed products, lemonade, candy, lemon bars and nachos as well. They had booths where you could buy t-shirts, jewelry, bookmarks, dessert, candles etc. The proceeds from the event towards a mission trip which was cool. The women's ministry hosted a trivia focused on lemons, the sermon was connected with theme and they had praise and worship music to close the night. They also had a backdrop (lemon themed) to take pictures. The women were welcoming and made sure that you weren't by yourself. I enjoyed meeting new people, catching up with my friend, the yummy food and lemonade they provided. I look forward to attending a future women's event at The Grace Place.

We sent our kids to Gateway for Vacation Bible School this past summer and my husband and I were amazed at how much our kids learned in that week. They knew more about the bible in that week then they knew from going to our previous church for 2 1/2 years. We knew we had to try it out. Everyone was so friendly, they made us feel very welcome. My kids loved it and they still do. We do not have to drag them to church they lead us every week!
