Daphne E. is a snake. Got two brothers there that trigger the other students and they get away with murder. They bully other students that have special needs and never get in trouble, but the child with special needs always does get in trouble. I smell a rat. I'm not sure if their parents own or work for child inc. However something is wrong. When the two instigators bulling the other students never get in trouble, but the student they are puffing up to ,cussing, threatening to fight will always get into trouble when they acted out because they have had enough. ( ????? ) You don't need a college degree to know something is up. The hours last year were from 12 to 5. Daphne didn't tell the parents she changed that this school year to 12 to 4 until all the parents had already sign a new contracted and were at a meeting for all parents right before school started. Now my youngest son started to acted out. Because he is the smallest child there and he was getting bullied by both of the brothers. So Daphne said my son can not return. Okay no problem. My contract was for a service. If you don't want to provide the service you don't get paid. Now the snake Daphne said we'll do it online. That was her playing games because she knows she broke the contract. Just to keep the peace we where like sure. We'll do it online. Here is the catch. It is going to be from 1 to 3. So she wants to reduce the hours but charge the same amount. I don't think so! Daphne is super nice to your face. But don't trust her. It is just a front. She only cares about herself and money. My child can barely read and I honestly can not see even the slightest improvement since he started school at child inc. Teachers are ALWAYS leaving the children unattended and that is when most of the bullying from the two brothers that are the instigators happen. They just hired a male teacher that lies through his teeth. Claims to have been in the Army. I was in the Army, my dad was in the Army, my grandfather was in the Army and so on. So I'm vary familiar with what does and doesn't happen in the Army. He tells the children stories that sound like they came out of a video game like call of duty and not want truly happens in the Army. Guess he wants to sound macho. Points is this. If he LIES about what he did in the Army what else does he lie about? I strongly recommend that you avoid this place when it comes to schooling.

Where do I start? After touring multiple daycares I was excited about this one. When we initially…read moretoured they told us space would be available in a month...well that was May 2023. After calling repeatedly they finally tell me there's space available in the 3 year old class. YAY! My son has never been to daycare so we're excited.right?! I should've just taken them not having space initially as a sign. Fast forward my son finally has his first day today. Keep in mind he's never been to daycare and this is something I advised them of prior. I drop him off at 7:00 am, they have him and a handful of other kids in an early morning class until their teachers get there. They tell me he won't be in there long because his teacher would be there soon and he'll go to his actual class. GREAT. So as I'm leaving I inquire about my login information for the camera system since I was never informed on how to sign in and that was one of the main reasons I selected this school only to be told I should have received it already and Sandra would send it once she got in. Well 8:08 am Sandra calls me to tell me my son wouldn't stay in the classroom and she has him in her office so I would need to pick him up. Okay no problem, I figured the first day would be rough as it's an adjustment. He's 3 years old and in a new environment with new people. I get to the school to learn my passcode hasn't even been programmed into the door so I'm standing in the front of the school and no one is in office which is strange considering Sandra just said 5 minutes prior that her and my son were in the office. Another parent ends up opening the door and at this point I'm looking around for my child that was supposed to be in the office. I walk down the hall and see he's in the 3 year old classroom quietly playing at the table. Getting a chance to speak with the teacher she agrees it's an adjustment for him however she had no problems and he was content sitting playing with the other children. So I'm standing there confused because the teacher is saying it's okay for him to stay if I'd like him to stay but the director Sandra called for me to pick him up. Well then walks in Sandra saying my child was not a good fit due to him trying to leave out the classroom. I'm confused because he's a toddler and I'm trusting professionals with my child who should know how to redirect a child's attention and be able to engage and make him comfortable. I applaud his almost teacher as she was really the best part of our hour long experience today. If having a slightly rough first HOUR of school is premise to kick a child from daycare then this is not the environment my child needed to be in anyway.
