In a panic, I called a carpenter friend of mine. He came over right away. So they figured out a plan to get this done and of course the job grew to 3 times what we expected. The owner Damien gave me a call after speaking with his Forman to advise what this would entail and estimate. We're going ahead. The crew worked all day in tandem with my carpenter and got the job done, also put in French drain, cleared out my drain tile. Sealed the outside wall. What a great team I had, job done, 1 day.
