The Directors will always answer all your questions or help with anything. The teachers have a really big heart for children. My children love Ms.Elizabeth, Ms. Mirela and Ms.Mayuri. My children go to KinderCare with happiness. Of course, the first few days were hard for them, but they very quickly became comfortable. Very nicely laid out rooms for children. They have big spaces outside for kids too. In the summer, they have a lot of fun, like foam parties, bounce houses and even Kona Ice! They learn ALOT . The teachers make the children interested and they want to participate in learning. My daughter had a big problem with communication, because she only spoke Polish, she was very sad that no one understood her. The teachers were very understanding and calmly explained everything to her and most importantly had a lot of patience. My younger child had difficulty with potty training. She did not want to do it. I tried so many times at home to teach her, but she didn't want to. Ms.Elizabeth helped me a lot in teaching her to use the toilet. She approached it calmly and asked me to give her some more time and not to push her and she was right!! Now she doesn't wear diapers anymore. I'm so thankful. We are so fortunate to have found them years ago by neighborhood recommendation. We have personally referred several others. Miss Kim and her staff are absolutely wonderful! My children have gone through almost every room in the facility and each one has been exceptional. The staff has been consistent throughout our time there which says a LOT. There is very little turn over keeping the learning environment for the children a top priority. Most daycare facilities cannot say the same. One of our children had some significant health issues at one point and the center was on top of it. Another has an anaphylactic allergy and I never worry about his allergy. My children's education and emotional well-being has always been approached with respect, care, and an enormous amount of experience. This week we will be ending our daycare journey as we are aging into kindergarten with our youngest. I've teared up several times already. It will be bittersweet leaving our children's home away from home. 10/5 stars. Cannot recommend enough.

My major issue with this place was the lack of personnel and the amount of unsupervised children in classrooms. When I would pick up my daughter 99% of the time kids were on their own and not involved in activities or on the floor (floors seemed filthy all the time). Also, my daughter who was already potty trained but only 2, would come home with horrible rashes because no one would help her clean her self. When I brought it up the staff, they said they wanted to give her "privacy" but this was a 2yr old room with other kids in diapers, so how can you give these kids privacy. Also, the lack of crafts and educational activities was very evident. My daughter now comes home with daily projects that they make. My kids would get sick every single month, and I honestly think it was a because the lack of hygiene in this place. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.
