The Pharmacist at the window, Casandra, was extremely kind and helpful! I called in advance yesterday to make sure my medications had made it there (since I had done Doctor on Demand) and she ensured me it was being filled and let me know one was out of stock but reassured me it would arrive the next day. When we pulled up to the window yesterday she knew who we were and already had our stuff ready to go! The next day (today), we pulled up for the medication that had arrived today (this time with no phone call for advanced notice) and before we even said what we were there for, she was at the window ready to go with our stuff! I'm very impressed with with the great level of customer service. Please let Casandra know that she is doing a fantastic job and that we appreciate her attentiveness. read more

The inability of this clinic to assist patients when they need assistance that day is horrible. I went through all these prompts on the Fairview scheduling line to be told closest appointment at any clinic was like a week away. No options or assistance given. Went to ER, was generally dismissed. My 3 week later follow up, when my PA came in, I started talking about some colon issues, I have a history of diverticulitis, the first words out of her mouth were a nasty "I thought you were here for your blood pressure!. " Oh, my, guess holistic care is a thing of the past. I have since left that clinic and practitioner. I was a Health East patient who became a Fairview patient. Other than my Pulmonary specialist, I want Nothing to do with Fairview and what they call patient care. I was hospitalized at Woodwinds in November, and that original Health East hospital provided very good care. Health care has drastically changed since I received my BSN in 1976, I don't know how to use it effectively. As I see it, Fairview has become a monopoly of sorts and the patient themselves are definitely not their first priority although I am sure their mission statement says patient care is their first priority . I certainly wish Health East could have stayed independent, but they just couldn't. Unfortunately, the friendly care provided by their many hospitals and staff within the Health East system has been bulldozed by Fairview. read more

My wife and I chose this location for the care of our newborn son. When you walk inside the clinic the first thing you realize is there is no privacy at all in there. All of the patient seating is right in front if the check-in desk. So if you have to provide insurance info, pay a bill, whatever, you always have all the waiting patients watching and well within earshot. Then we went into one of the clinic's treatment rooms. It was the smallest room in a clinic I've ever seen. With the baby stroller, it was unbearably tight in there. The nurse told us, "all the rooms are like this", agreeing it was not well suited for anyone other than a single patient. The wait times were horrible. From start to finish we spent 2 hours minimum at this clinic. One time, my wife and I spent almost 45 minutes waiting for a nurse to come in to help us schedule the next appt after the doc left. I won't say the name of our general practice doctor, but though they were very nice, they generally had no idea what was going on with our baby. We went with a general practice doc because we wanted them to continue caring for our son as he grew up. We also had two instances where the doc had no idea what was wrong with our son, and called us later to say they "did some research" and had ideas. Yeah, you mean "googled it", right doc? read more

I have scheduled several appts at this location, and well over half of them were canceled and needed to be rescheduled. I don't go to the doctor often, so this is very frustrating. With this last cancelation, staff tried to blame me for scheduling it as a nurse only visit. I told them it was a front desk issue. This appt was made 3 months ago for a medication follow-up with my provider at the FRONT DESK. They called me 1 week before my appt and canceled it, knowing my provider is booked out until the end of September. I was told that I would not be able to get my medications refilled until I have an in-person visit with her for a follow-up. So now I have to go a month and a half without medications. I'm not sure how the state can allow this place to still be open. After reading some of these reviews, it is apparent that they do this a lot. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

I went to the Rosemount location on June 27th at 5:00pm. I needed a form filled out for a program I will be attending this fall. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all, she had horrible attitude, and her assistance on what I needed was not helpful. I feel like it could have been approached in a different way. experiences like this that happens right when you walk into a clinic make a bad review for what's behind the seen. I hope that the receptionist doesn't make others feel the way she made me feel. Fairview is a wonderful clinic, I have been going to them for years and I have never had an experience like this before. read more

We have had nothing but positive experience at Fairview in Rosemount. Dr. Wild Crea and her staff are super with our disabled daughter. I trust her completely with the care as she has proven many times to be an excellent doctor who knows what she's doing and will tell you straight up if she isn't comfortable with doing something and sending us to Children's. I find that comforting. She even gets the ball rolling with the referral. read more

Would not recommend this Fairview Clinic Rosemount location nor the Eagan one. We called the Rosemount number to make an appointment and showed up there that same day. They told us we were at the wrong location and our appointment was in Eagan. After expressing our frustration, we asked them to call the Eagan location to let them know we were coming, but they didn't/wouldn't. Then drove 20 minutes to the Eagan location, which told us we would have to reschedule. Needless to say, my wife, I, and our 3 year old son had had enough at that point and told them we would be taking our business elsewhere. If we could give lower than a 1 star, we would! read more

I have seen Dr. Homan since I was in my teens, for sports physicals. I have gone to her ever since. (I am currently 34). Gyn exam with physical? Great! She explains everything first, and before she does something, which any female can appreciate! (And she warms the speculum!) She is amazing, sweet, caring, soft-spoken, and thorough! A wonderful physician! If she is ever unsure of something, or does not have the answer, she will refer you to someone who does/can find the answer! (If you prefer a referral to a different doctor, she will do that, too!) All of the FV Rosemount Clinic Staff, are fantastic, sweet, thorough, friendly, and professional. I moved away from the area years ago, but still drive to see them! Highly recommended! read more

Today was my daughter's first visit to the Fairview Clinic in Rosemount. She was receiving the flu mist in a nurse's appt. We arrived on time with all paperwork completed ahead of the visit. The front desk apparently forgot to notify the nurses's station and we had to wait 40 minutes! This oversight was completely avoidable. read more
