I have a pretty rare medical condition, and information I found indicated that the medications prescribed could cause issues. And yes, I know there's a lot of false information online, which is Why I Called. I told him what happened to me and he basically called me a liar. I had a severe reaction to Zofran while the paramedics were working on me. My blood pressure, according to paramedics, was 80/40. I told him that and he said, verbatim, "No it wasn't." I told him the paramedics had to try 3 times to even get a blood pressure on me. He said, verbatim, "No they didn't." My husband was in the room when paramedics were there and saw/heard all of this. I told Smiley I was concerned because my condition is rare and some doctors aren't familiar with it. The doctors have told me this. Smiley said that wasn't true. He said that since the meds were prescribed in hospital there is no issue and I should just take them. So aside from giving me bad medical advice, he was rude and dismissive. I can't help but think that if I was a man I would have gotten better treatment. I don't know if Voyage records phone calls like some businesses do, but if they do I would highly recommend they listen to the call. That being said, everyone else at the Voyage clinic in Osseo are absolutely wonderful and I've gotten great care from them. Big shoutout to Mr. Horn and the rest of the staff.

I got off the elevator and saw the lab this way arrow. As I rounded the corner I saw the Suite 200 this way arrow. The other way! Which I had seen in the lobby "Laboratory Suite 200". Confused, I turned around to go the other way... got back to the elevators and turned around once again!! I told the check in fellow I was confused and not sure I was in the right place.... Then I told the ever so friendly and kind Tony "I need a B12 fast lab done". Tony asked me for my phone number, name and date of birth. As he typed away I jokingly said... yeah, I'll be back here on Thursday for six more labs. Tony glanced up at me "I think we can get them all done today." Wonderful!! Tony handed me the blue paper w my sticker and told me to drop it in the basket below the window on the opposite wall. Thank you Tony for exceptional and such friendly service...for 7:00a.m.! I don't think I even waited 15 minutes when Diana called my name. We walked in to the room where I confirmed my name and birthday and she poked me. I didn't count but maybe(?) took seven vials of blood, since I was to have seven labs. Maybe less, as it didn't feel like seven since we chatted while she did it. Diana then said I was done. I said "what? I thought I'd be here all day?!" Diana said "you weren't even here five minutes." Thank you Diana for such quick blood draws and being so friendly. Came in on a Monday at 530. I had fell on Friday and wanted my ankle looked at because I was unsure…read moreif it was sprained or fractured. The nurse spent 2 minutes with me. The dr spent 2 minutes looking at my foot before sending me off to X-ray. She didn't even have me sit on the exam table which I thought was odd... I went over to X-ray and they forced my foot to lay flat on the table to take X-rays of it. Which I told her was painful and she didn't even respond. They rush me in and out. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get in. 10minutes total with the nurse/Doctor/X-ray tech and another 15 before the dr came back to go over the results. I'd suggest going to another location if possible. The only nice part was the receptionist. And the facility was clean.

The administrative staff here is dishonest and unhelpful. They are perfectly OK with false coding…read moreto insurance companies. Their response is to say they coded correctly when their coding results in tests associated with illness that does not exist. They do not answer questions that they are asked and their idea of providing details is to give you details of your bill.
