I hire Fairley Construction to do 85% of the construction on my home. Everything they did was terrible work. To date I've had to repair their foundation work, plumbing work, framing work, drywall work, roofing work, cabinet work, interior trim work, window installs, and even the doors that were not installed correctly. When I reported Stephen Fairley to the board of contractors and the state attorney he lied and tried to blame all the out of square, out of plumb, shaddy, unskilled, un-professional work on the building materials that he picked out and purchased using my account which he insisted he have authorization to use at Big Red Building Supply. The fact is, there was nothing wrong with the materials it was how his unskilled men and sub contractors did the work. In the end , I couldn't afford to pay the upfront money all the attorneys wanted to sue a wealthy family like the Fairleys.
