They offered me a measly £400 discount afterwards which after extreme length of complaining and house visits became £750 which I am still to get!! I have been lied to constantly throughout this terrible experience and the fact that the staff turn around there means you speak to one person one week and they are gone the next, I am having to seek advice from the furniture ombudsman with regards to getting my money which is owed to me. They declined to give me a cheque in September, then offered me a cheque last week which I accepted (this was signed off by store area manager Bill Mckew) only to revoke that offer today.
