However the owner's wife offered to buy us a tree to replace the trees her guy who they subbed out to do the job . We can go on and on about our experience with this company and how unprofessional this experience has been from day one , we should of saw the first red flag when the owners never showed up to meet us to give us a quote and we had to try and case them down, which wasn't the only time we had planned to meet them out there and it was one excuse after the next if why they couldn't get out , we were told one thing and their guy did what he wanted and quoted us $5k for the one acreage we needed cleared , the job was no where close to that cost as far as doing the job it was not a heavy wooded lot we had things marked , house marked out , tress that we were keeping marked and the flags for the septic were out and everything was on paper also plus i walked property with the guy , I went out next day to see what was done and he had taken trees that were to stay and left trees that needed to go . For example the tree that's right in the middle of where the septic is going , stumps where the house is going were left , he pretty much mulched everything and spread it out over lot and hide the stumps that needed to come out as if no body would notice then took tree down where septic is going and left the stump . We were told the job was going to cost the 5k because he needed to rent one or two dumpsters which never were seen out there . A screw up job could have looked better than what they left us with ? Be careful who you go with and always get everything in writing and watch and follow the red flags . Be careful of sheep in wolf clothing . I'm sorry but 5k is a lot of $ and we lost our brick under pinning on our home because the quote was so high on this job . ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH . if they want to make it right then maybe our review will have a different outcome but property can't be left how they left iT even after we ALL were out there and agreed on what they were to do in front of the home center construction manager .

What his team delivered was a slab that was so far out of level that it is not really usable for anything. When asked about this he insisted it was fine. I have now had several professionals look at the work and are amazed anyone could have poured this slab a foot out of level given there were marked grading stakes showing exactly what was level. I gave him several opportunities to make this right and he refused to address the issue. So now I have several thousands of dollars of concrete in my yard that are not usable for their intended purpose.
