Van was probably pretty nice when it was made in 1996. The full leather interior was badly worn, and the carpeted floor was quite dirty. The front windshield had a large ding from which 3 cracks radiated across the entirety of the glass. This was complimented by another footling crack just a nice eye level. My 2nd row seat was sort of loose/broken. Driver talked repeated on his hand held mobile phone ( but at least the calls seemed business related). Also typed a phone number in by hand while we were traveling about 70mph on a non-limited-access highway. Checked his calendar a little later when we were doing 77 up I-59.
