Y'all are amazing! I was looking for the new Mimosa Lemieux brushing boots with the black and yellow in small and I looked in their store at tack shack I looked online and still couldn't find them and Fairhill saddlery pulled up and I looked and they were the ONLY ones who had the boots. I really appreciate you having them and I also got the shirt thank you guys for having everything I need always! It ALSO only took 2 days for it to get delivered! That is the fastest delivery I have ever gotten for equestrian gear. They also took a little more money for shipping and 2 hours later they emailed me back and said they refunded me for $10 thank you Fairhill saddlery for being SO convenient!! read more

Fair Hill Saddlery lacks integrity and has no customer service. Fair Hill Saddlery had a sidewalk sale where the sign stated sidewalk sale 50% off. I asked if an item on the sidewalk was 50% off. The employee said yes. When I went to the register, the owner told me the item was not subject to the 50% off & that was an employees error. In the meantime my husband drove an hour to pick up the item & turned around in the tack shop parking lot. Meanwhile, the owner told me it was a nice country ride to drive two hours round trip to pick up a misrepresented item. This is the classic bait & switch. Obviously the owner is in a different financial position than I am when he feels it is no hardship to drive two hours round trip for a misrepresented item. In fact this owner argued with me at the register when I questioned why the item was not 50% off. Pay attention to pricing at check out. read more
